"Before we arrived, James sent a list of local attractions, restaurants, hikes and other helpful establishments. He greeted us at the door right on time after coordinating via text (the app is not the most timely method). He spent some time introducing us to the house and its history. The home is beautiful and a great location for outdoor fun. He had everything you needed in the house and then some, especially in the kitchen. "Easy check in, very clean and well stocked with everything needed. I was visiting my daughter at UMass who had to have knee surgery. There was lots of space for her to get around. It was also close to the University which was important for us as well."

"Everything about this property was beautiful. The home itself being located right on the water was perfect for kayaking, fishing, evenings by the fire, relaxing and reconnecting. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and had everything you might need/want. We enjoyed the game room - jenga and family air hockey tournaments. A lovely experience and we hope to return at some point. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"
