"The owner was not helpful at all, every time we asked her anything she said read the message. When we wanted to check in, we needed a code couldn't find it so we called what happened she said read the message this went on for like 2 hours until she finally gave us the code via phone.The code was never in the message but she kept arguing it was and after i filtered my messages for the code it was not there.Also a problem is the message was in frech? Beim Telefonanruf am Tag vor der Anreise hieß es, die Wohnung sei vergeben, wir können nicht anreisen. Die Nachfrage bei Fewo-Direkt ergab dann später doch eine Verfügbarkeit.
