Villa Apex is a brand new 800 sq.m property on the top of a hill located in Lagonisi, the heart of magical Athenian Riviera.
Only one kilometer from the coast (4 minutes drive) , a 360º view includes vistas of the endless sea and a perfect landscape of the area.

The property is surrounded by a garden of two and a half acres suitable for walks, play and relaxation. The villa is ideal for groups, family reunions, yoga retreats and other group activities that we can also suggest to our guests.


The unique location of Villa Apex is ideal as you can find all the top attractions of Attica. 20 minutes from Athens International Airport, 40 minutes from the port of Piraeus, 40 minutes from Acropolis. In just 30 minutes you can also spend your day at the temple of Poseidon in Sounio that offers a peaceful and simultaneously dynamic for relaxation and/or discovery of the Greek landscape, as well as a plethora of choices in terms of activities and experiences.

In general, the area of Lagonisi is very famous for sailing, diving, horse riding as well as swimming activities at the multiple beaches around. The contemporary kitchen has a spacious layout and high-end appliances for an enjoyable cooking experience.

Overall nice place
I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). If you're looking to stay close to the heart of athens this place is nice but a little bit far if you're moving around without your own car.

Katerina is an awesome host
very accommodating, friendly and kind. She made sure we were well taken care of. She had refreshments waiting for us. she arranged taxis to pick us up from the Airport. She is a Super Host! love her
