Great property in a great location!
The apartment was perfect. Kostas was very responsive and provided some great recommendations. Very short walk to the Acropolis and many nice restaurants. Stayed for two nights before moving on to Santorini and Crete.

Enjoyed our stay!
We found the Urban Loft to be comfortable, roomy, and in a fabulous location with many things to do within walking distance. And, what a view! The owner, Konstantinos, is a great communicator who went above and beyond by arranging our transportation from the airport and back again. We really appreciated that!

Amazing stay in Athens
We had a great two night stay. The location was amazing, right at the Monastiraki square, with a lot of amazing restaurants literally right there. View from the apartment was even better than how it looks in pictures. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Konstantinos is a great host and super responsive.

Great location walking distance to all the sights. Across the street from Monastiraki square and tons of restaurants and shopping. The view from the balcony was amazing and the property is just like the pictures shown. Beautiful, spacious and very clean. The host was super communicative and gave restaurant recommendations and other helpful information as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and amenities. Easy check in and out...host had someone meet us at subway and the rest was easy! Apartment is very comfortable with plenty of restaurants and nightlife in neighbourhood. I loved the balcony for coffee and nightime nightcap. I highly recommend this apartment.

Our stay with Kon was fantastic. From him meeting us at the metro stop until we left we were in regular communication about activities, restaurants, site to visit. Second Stay in 2 weeks! Great way to bookend a cruise. A perfect birdnest view of all attractions!
The host is an amazing communicator. Instant responses and takes perfect care of your needs. The view is perfection… perfect for evening wine. We often brought food home for the view. 5 floors (elevator) brings you to Monasteraki Square with everything in reach!

Excellent host
The location was great with respect to seeing the sights and places to eat. The host was the best and was super helpful in arranging someone to pick us up at the airport. I would recommend this place for a couple. The only minor negative was it can be noisy late into the night/early morning. If the air conditioner is on it helps drown out the noise a bit though.

Awesome location and Top Notch Owner
You couldn't ask for a better location in Athens, located right downtown with a view of the Acropolis and next to tons of restaurants and shops. The actual condo is very nice with lots of space along with a huge balcony overlooking downtown. The owner's communication couldn't be better. He setup a taxi to and from the airport for us and had someone meet us at the place when we arrived. The next time we visit Athens we will definitely stay there again.

Acropolis Visit
The property was very close to the Acropolis and offered a beautiful view of it. The accommodations were clean with every amenity provided. The second bedroom was not ideal but sufficed for the short visit. The city noise and the music from the street interfered with sleep but was unavoidable. The host kept in touch prior to the stay to make our arrival stress free.

Kostas was a perfect host! He personally checked us in and arranged transportation for us from the port and then later to the airport. The apartment is in a perfect location! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The Acropolis and the Agora are within walking distance as well as The Market. Kostas recommended several places to eat that were outstanding. One being right across the street. We had a wonderful trip, and Kostas helped in that.

The balcony and the view!
This apartment has a lot to recommend. So close to the main attractions of Athens like the Agora and Monastaraki Square and hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants. It is sleek and modern with a great shower and kitchen. But it’s all about the view which id stunning! Not just the Acropolis but an 180 degree of Athens. Mornings and evenings we sat with our coffee or drinks enjoying the energy of the city. It is lively on the balcony but quiet when you close the door for the night. We loved our time there.

Amazing View Fantastic Location
First, Konstantinos was wonderful and helped us with our transportation to and from the apartment. Always replied to our questions and needs. The apartment is in a high traffic area convenient to walk anywhere you want to go. The apartment definitely has the most beautiful view of the Acropolis. At night it's swoon worthy. The size of the unit is exceptional and quite comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in on vacation. The only negative, if it is a negative, the decor is a little tired. For us, we really only slept there so it wasn't an issue. Thank you Konstantinos for a wonderful experience in Athens!

Nice Privacy and Great View
The owner was wonderful to communicate with, he set us up with a ride to and from the airport (the cab driver was also wonderful). The home is secured off the street and quite private. The area where the apartment is in is busy, but not on a main road, so ensuring we were secure was easy. The apartment itself was clean and welcoming. The view of the Acropolis was breathtaking. There were plenty of places to shop, eat, and sightsee nearby. We visited all the ruins in a day and it was a short walk from the apartment. The hooka bar across from the apartment (Misafir) has incredible food - highly recommend! I was very happy with this stay. I would recommend if for couples who don't want to risk driving in Athens (just don't drive in Athens).
