Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
This property made it easy to check in with a lockbox with a key, however, they never cleaned from the prior guest. When I arrived, the place had not been cleaned. There were no clean towels and used bandaids open in the living room. I had checked in to the place earlier than check-in time, so I did not expect that the place had been cleaned when I arrived, however, expected that it would have been cleaned when I had returned.
The management had messaged me letting me know that the place was ready to check into halfway through the day, and I messaged them back telling them that I had already been through to drop off my things and asked if it could please be cleaned before I returned in the evening. They did not reply.
When I returned around 9 PM, I called the management because the place had still not been cleaned (used bandaids still out), and the manager/owner yelled at me on the phone for having gone in and dropping off my stuff before they had messaged me, and told me they could not do anything about the used towels and bandaids strewn around the place.
Very uncleanly, the lighting was like a hospital, and the service from management was disappointing to say the least.
