Only 15’ from the airport and 2’ from the beach is our beautiful 2 BD apartment, which is the ideal home for your family vacations, business trip or staying before your flight.
The house is located 30km from the center of Athens and only 5’ from a bus stop to get there. By car it’s only 15’ from the airport, 20’ from the port of Rafina, 5’ from Hotel Mare Nostrum and 10’ from Archaeological Museum of Vravrona. We can arrange transfers from and to the airport or the port in a very reasonable price.
Beach is only 2’ walk, as well as some shops, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bakery shop. You can find anything you need very easily and I am always available for you to answer any questions you may have or give you guidelines about the area.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second one has two single beds. There is also a spacious living room with a sofa that turns into bed if it is needed, a cozy fully equipped kitchen, a nice very clean bathroom and a big 50m veranda where you can see the sea and enjoy the sun or the moon.
A breakfast basket will be waiting for you. Also shampoo & conditioner, body wash, body lotion, clean towels and sheets, hair dryer and toiletries, are provided. The house is equipped with a washing machine and air condition in every single room, it is children friendly and a baby bed it can be provided, if it is needed.

Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was cozy and very scenic, meeting our needs easily. I would recommend a stay at Rose’s Place to anyone.

Quiet and Convenient
Rose was very accommodating. She arranged everything for our transportation. The house was very clean and comfortable. The view and the breeze from the upper terrace is fantastic. The snacks that she provided were a great personal touch. Word of warning for future guests... Make sure you have the house key in you pocket prior to shutting the door, as it automatically locks behind you.

The best of Greek Village life...by the Sea!
Rose and her Sister were the best people we have ever booked with. Kind, professional and courteous. You can not ask for more. The house was immaculately clean and in great condition. The large veranda over looking the ocean is Amazing. Sliding doors in two rooms allow a cool ocean breeze when ever you like. Its a sun bathers paradise! The whole neighbor hood is blooming with flowers, lemon trees and smells wonderful! The town (Artemida) is wonderful. It is the best kept secret in Greece...Quiet, Clean, not overcrowded with excellent access to Restaurants and small shops a very short distance from the house. We will definitely be back! It's also a short ride from thr Airport , about 20 min. The pictures do not do the house justice it way more spacious than it appears. We were a family of 5, 2 Adults 2 teenagers and 1 12 year old and had a very comfortable time. Bonus! There is a washing machine and a drying rack on the veranda. Theres to much more to list. The best little house in Greece!
