This fabulous home made with love is located in East Attica in Nea Makri area. 30km away from the airport, this destination is famous for short city breaks and the zero distance from the sea is making it a great holiday home.
Nea Makri is very green with the pine tree forest reaching until the sea. The small resort city has beautiful beaches with shallow deep blue waters most of which are organized. The most popular are Mati, Zoumberi with beach bars and sea sports, Agios Andreas and the small bays of the area, one of which is just in front of the complex.

Lovely spot
This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed staying here. There was a deficit in the lack of internet access. It worked only sporadically and with a very weak signal.

La maison mériterai un coup de rénovation ; notamment concernant les volets qu'il faut manipuler avec beaucoup de précaution, mais également pour le mobilier qui est vétuste et pas de grande qualité ; les tables du salon et de l'extérieur sont trop petites et branlantes. Quelques couverts supplémentaires seraient également appréciables. (absence de casseroles) Enfin, un vrai séchoir à linge (déplaçable à l'intérieur en cas de pluie) est indispensable. Bref quelques petits points qui semblent facilement améliorables pour un vrai confort. Quelques documentations et conseils sur les sorties et visites possibles aux alentours nous auraient évitées un déplacement à l'office du tourisme (qui pour le coup n'a aucun intérêt). Les chiens des maisons avoisinantes sont très bruyants, dès la tombée de la nuit. Le vue de la maison et l'accès à la mer sont très appréciables. Le jardin est très bien entretenu Polina est très aimable, et a été réactive a nos demandes Conseil pour les futurs voyageurs ; pensez à imprimer les instructions d'arrivées ; le réseau sur place n'est pas très bon

Agréable petite maison
La maison se situe dans une propriété où il y a 3 maisons. La vue sur la mer n'est que sur le côté de la maison car il y a une plus grosse maison devant. La propriété est soignée. La maison est typique et propre. L'accès à la mer se fait par le jardin et débouche sur une petite plage de galets. L'accueil est très bien organisé.
