Perfect Athens stay
The space was so lovely for my friends and I to stay in for a graduation and birthday weekend. Clean and comfortable space with great common areas and room for each of us to have private space. Will be staying again!

Perfection in Athens
The property was beautiful ,basically brand new very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. Great location with easy access to Uga and downtown. We were in town for parents weekend and stayed with a couple of parents and we had our kids over on Saturday for brunch we had a great time.

Beautiful home with plenty of space, indoor and outdoor. Bathrooms have room to get ready with wall in closets, and amazing screened-in porch with comfy chairs to cuddle up outside on a chilly day.

We rented this house for our daughter’s wedding weekend as a place to gather before and after activities. We had our 2 young grandchildren and 8 adults. There was plenty of place for everyone. The home was very clean and well taken care of and in a convenient location.Todd was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again next time we’re in town.

The house was fantastic, very clean, and spacious - feels brand new. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, glassware, and complimentary coffee. The host is great and responsive as well. We had a great time with friends, walking downtown and to normaltown multiple times. I'd highly recommend this property

2024 women’s swim and dive NCAA’s
We had an amazing stay, the house was absolutely beautiful had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was in a great location for going to and from University of Georgia, swimming pool, multiple times a day and close to easy shopping and fun restaurants. Our house was incredibly kind and allowed us to host the swimmers and their families for an end of the meet dinner. They were incredibly appreciative and all commented what a fabulous house it was. Had a wonderful experience for our first time in Athens.

Beautiful, stunning home close to UGA campus and Milledge. Thoroughly enjoyed front porch, large rooms, and spacious kitchen. Loved having streaming options on tv. Everything was simply wonderful. Appreciated the well stocked dishes, shampoo, soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, etc. Perfect.

What a perfect home for our extended family to gather for our daughter's wedding weekend. Enough bedrooms to accommodate multiple families. Space for everyone to hang out together. We had a wonderful stay. The house was very comfortable and the beds were as well. It was very clean and had all we needed. (would have liked at least 1 full length mirror. We were going to a wedding and that would have been helpful) The rooms were very big and had great closet space. Todd was available for any questions and was extremely helpful.
