Lovely Place Athens * 5' from Parnitha's National Park , 20' to Athens downtown

Ground floor quiet apartment, in a duplex with private parking. It is an independent house newly built with electric shutters, double glazing, comfortable rooms and fully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped, tea & coffee is on us!

Opening one of the balcony doors you come out to the private courtyard with the parking area and the garden. Opening the other balcony door, have a drink or coffee in our backyard.

Quiet neighborhood, a few kilometers far from the Parnitha Mountain National Park and Casino, 20' to Marathonas Lake and Penteli Mountain. We are located close to the National and Attiki Avenues.

In a 2' walking distance there are supermarkets, a grocery store, kiosk, pharmacies, cafes, bus stop for Kifissia train and bus stop to Athens downtown.
