The Mill District is a bustling new development within close distance shops and restaurants! They are currently wrapping up construction on some of the retail spaces but big things are coming. The development is also in the arts district and located very close to a concrete plant.

Guests have private access to the entire unit, including the high-speed wifi, washing machine, dryer, spacious bedrooms, full en-suite bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. Free parking is available.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of the building which means you won’t hear anyone stomping around above you, but you will have to climb stairs to get to the unit.

You can enjoy watching your favorite shows and movies from the comfort of your own room on the flat-screen Smart TVs and DirecTV.

You’ll also have dressers where you can unpack your belongings and feel at home, reading nooks where you can curl up with a good book, and sound machines to lull you to sleep each night. The sofa in the living room pulls out into a queen-sized bed to accommodate additional guests.

Each bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo, stocked with fresh towels, luxurious Public Goods toiletries (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion), and hair dryers.

This family-friendly space also features a pack ’n play, children’s books, toys, and a portable highchair, so you never have to worry about your little one.
