Hotel tier was lovely, great staff, clean rooms, 10min walk to the metro station BUT the surrounding area is very unsafe at night. Skid row on the street, needles on grounds and prostitutes on the street corners. Hotel was amazing but the area needs to be taken into consideration when booking

Hotel itself is exactly as advertised. Good, cheap accommodations. No complaints on stay. However, the hotel is beside a legit homeless encampment and lots of drug use around the property. If you're okay with that, the go for it!

The staff are very helpful - the areas around is quite run down -hotel is 2 mins from the metro and so excellent location literally a couple of stops from Acropolis and bus routes to tours. Book youre journey ahead - staffs English is good but their awareness of local tours from Athens is limited.

Overall the experience at the hotel itself was good. However the area around it was slightly sketchy to say the least. The hotel felt safe at all times with a very friendly staff and atmosphere. The area of the city where the hotel is located has a few areas to be avoided specifically at night but it’s only a few euros cab back from the popular sights or take the train with a very convenient station!

This hotel was clean, neat and the front desk employees were friendly and helpful. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but nice. It does not have a bar or restaurant, but plenty of places nearby.

Very nice property. My room was lovely - especially the one with a balcony. staff was very helpful and service minded. Hotel is next to a dodgy street which one can easily avoid by taking path from metro instead. I felt the cleaning of the bathrooms needs to be improved - it was quite clumsy with hairs remaining from previous guests etc.

The hotel's location lets it down, with many homeless and drug addicts in the nearby streets. I was travelling solo, so felt I needed to be careful about coming and going from the property. That said, the location is central and close to public transport and the centre of Athens city. The staff were welcoming, informative and helpful, and while the rooms are a little tired, it was comfortable and good value for the price. I didn't have the breakfast, but it was included in the tariff.
