Greatly in need for cleaning and maintenance
Full disclosure I did speak with the property owner after leaving this property. They were very responsive, apologetic and respectful in their reply, which was to say that I was the last guest to be staying at this property before it was changing ownership. However, I was not offered any refund or partial money back, which In feel would have been fair.
I stayed at this property for one of the two days that I paid for. Left early because there were multiple issues. Electrical socket in the bathroom pulled from wall (wiring exposed), thick dirt visibly hanging from master bedroom ceiling fan, missing and broken drawer pulls in kitchen and one entire drawer under the sink missing. This allowed me to see under the sink and while looking for something to wash dishes with, looked under and found evidence of mouse droppings. The microwave still had spills from previous renter. The ice maker on the refrigerator was broken. Bathroom door lock ill-fitting causing you to get locked in to the bathroom. When you turn on the water in the home, the pump in the attic sounds like it is cavitating.
For $500+ for 2 nights I definitely expected a better quality home.
Hopefully new ownership will take these comments and act on them.
