Sleep among humanity’s finest works of art with a view simply unbeatable!!!
A wonderful apartment owned by a couple of architects, Marios and Georgia. We named it “Peripatos” (“Stroll” in Ancient Greek), as someone can reach most of Athens sightseeing within walking distance.
You will enjoy the Attic Light and the sun flooding the apartment from all sides, reflecting on its white marble floor.
“Peripatos” is a two-bedroom, fully equipped, penthouse apartment right across the New Acropolis Museum with a unique view of the Parthenon.
The apartment is sunny and spacious (75 sq.m.), ideal for couples or families of four. One can never get tired of the Acropolis view and this wonderful and vibrant neighborhood in the ancient center of Athens!
Right across the street there are bus stops for 3 different
hop-on hop-off buses that will take you to classical and beautiful destinations in Athens, Piraeus & Riviera beaches. It is also a meeting point for Athens walking city tours.
All major attractions are accessible by foot. Grocery, bakery, patisserie with amazing coffee and sweets and dozens of nice restaurants close by.

This place was amazing! The location couldn't have been better. The view of the Acropolis at night was breathtaking. Nearby restaurants and shopping was so convenient. Highly recommend staying here.

A perfect place
This place was perfect in so many ways. The apartment was everything we needed and more. Sitting on the balcony at night and seeing the view was amazing. It is also across the road from the museum that also has great meals where you can eat with an access pass to the restaurant. Its next door to a great little shop that sells pastries, fruit and ice cream. The hosts were great and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. You won't regret staying at this amazing location during your time in Athens.

Perfect Stay Near the Acropolis
My husband and I spent one week in Athens after completing a tour of Crete. We feel fortunate to have found this lovely Athens apartment with views of the Acropolis and unexpected evening views of the Parthenon Frieze inside the New Acropolis Museum. We walked around the base of the Acropolis in the early evenings, followed Georgia’s recommendations for neighborhood bakeries, stores and restaurants, and could head off in a different walkable direction every day as we explored the city. Georgia and Marios arranged our transport to the airport with Yanni. He was punctual and we enjoyed talking with him on the way to the airport. I would highly recommend Yanni for your transport needs, as well as this Athens apartment which is well furnished, very clean, and equipped with everything you might need. You will very shortly feel like a local going about your business in a neighborhood that seems very non-touristy even though it is located very close to the top tourist attraction in Athens.

Fantastic location and place
It was a great three nights. Walkable to many of the sites, including a quick jaunt up morning we were leaving so we could see the Parthenon in the sunshine at 9am and be back to leave at 10:30. Great communication. We highly recommend this spot. We were two adults and a 12yo.

The apartment is in a great location, easy walking to most sites, good restaurants too. Very clean and comfortable place- perfect for 2-4 people. Marios was very accommodating and replied very quickly with any questions we had. They also connected us with Yanni for taxi services- very helpful! The location in the heart of Athens near so much history, food and parks make this a perfect place to stay. The host is very welcoming and helpful and the view of the Acropolis is spectacular. All of this and the amenities of the apartment are perfect for relaxing with extra touches by Georgia and Marios. We will return when we get the chance!

The apartment is in a perfect location, everything was walkable even for a 12 year old often grumpy child! The apartment has everything you would need and as it’s opposite the Acropolis museum you never get lost. Amazing view from the balcony and even better from the bathroom! Georgia explained everything and was so helpful letting us check out late. WiFi was great too. Highly recommend.

Owners went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Their place is fantastic and perfect for a family of four. Location could not have been better - close to Parthenon and right across from the Acropolis Museum. Stunning view of the Parthenon from huge balcony. Comfy beds and linens. Perfect apartment in an amazing location
The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 (our teenage sons shared the largest bed). The location is amazing, lots of different places to eat within walking distance and walking distance to all the key places to visit. The view from balcony and bathroom are amazing! The owner was very responsive to any questions. There is a washing machine and small clothes line which was very convenient and full kitchen (not that we used it). Would definitely stay here again if we return to Athens!

We have been to Athens many times and have stayed at different apartments in and around the city. This was by far the best apartment and experience we've had. The apt was even better than the description/photos. As others have mentioned, the view from the balcony was amazing. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was ideal and surprisingly quiet given that it was across the street from the Acropolis Museum. We were able to walk to all the local sights, restaurants and shopping areas in Athens, including the best bakery in Athens, which was located just around the corner. We visit Athens often and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Georgia and Marios!

Perfect Apartment in Athens
Lovely flat in a great situation in Athens. Lovely balcony with Parthenon and Acropolis Museum views (amazing after dark when you can see the frieze). Very near subway and easy to find and access. Georgia sent us instructions including photos and kept in touch to ensure everything was going well. Would highly recommend this flat and will try to rebook if we return to Athens.

The apartment location is the best you can get. The balcony is wonderful and the view of the Acropolis are extraordinary. The interior of the apartment is very beautiful, and we were able to make meals easily. Little grocery stores all very close by. We went to the coffee shop everyday for our water bottles and espresso in the morning and our dessert at night. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, after you get used to the water heater it is a nice shower with a rainhead or handheld. We spent six nights and really enjoyed out time in Athens. Washing machine was great, hung clothes on rack on back terrace, good sun and breeze. You will be impressed by this beautifully decorated and maintained home!
