Overall property is maintained very well..they responded very quickly for our questions and also sent someone immediately for buying groceries. We will stay here only next time if we visit athens

This was a great one night stay for our family of 8 needing a place to crash prior to boarding our connecting flight home from Athens. The location was close to the airport. The home offered basics for the night. There was a neighborhood dog that barked loudly upon arrival but did quiet down throughout the night. Overall great stay, would recommend if you are in transit with a large group.

We needed a property to close to the airport as we had an early flight. This property was perfect. It's completely air conditioned - essential in July! It's as described and communication was quick and simple. We walked 15 mins to the city center of Spata (briefly a steep uphill walk) and enjoyed a lovely dinner (Ataka) and after dinner coffee/drinks (Etheer) at the park in the center of town.

très soigné - attention aux frais supplémentaires
très propre confort au top l'hôte est très sympa en revanche certains frais se rajoutent ça n'est vraiment clair sur le site hôtel.com,,,prévoir le ménage à 35 euros de mémoire + la navette hôtel/aeroport à 40euros car nous étions 8, et attention si vous arrivez après 22h

Had hidden fees and tried to rip me off
It was terrible , after waiting over 30 min in the street , someone arrived to let us in . We were exhausted from travel and waiting in the heat and were asked to pay a ridiculous amount for a cleaning fee , although I paid for my stay in advance . I refused . They at first said they would now cancel my reservation , which would have put my family out on the street with no accommodation ! I got upset and said you’re going to throw us in the street ? They changed their mind after I disclosed that I would complain to Hotels . com regarding their request for money and threatening to cancel our reservation . We stayed only 10 hours between flights and left the place very clean ...I will never stay there again and will never recommend them to anyone . I felt they completely tried to take advantage of us , not expecting me to stand up to them ...but I am a seasoned traveller and know how things should go .

Gem in Spata
Great house, very modern and comfortable. The host, Antreas, is very nice and thoroughly explains everything. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Would stay here again.

Our stay was too short
Close to Airport. Very spacious and good for long stay. Can set up household for that duration. Unfortunately we only stayed one short overbite. Be aware there can be a surcharge added to the initial booking fee.
