Property needs some TLC. Didn’t feel safe (I was traveling alone) as the deadlock wasn’t functional; there were loud people in hallways past midnight. Asked staff for help in booking a taxi, but taxi never showed up.

Our room was falling apart and the lights did not work. The front desk attendant who we asked for a taxi was very rude, although the concierge was quite nice. For a 5 star hotel, this felt like a 3 star hotel.

We only stayed less than 12 hours - there aren’t many hotel options near the airport and we had a late flight in. From what we saw of the property it looked nice. Breakfast buffet was huge and in a large room with patio that overlooks the sea. My main concern was when we got to our room it was clearly the wrong type - we had booked a 2 bedroom and this was one decent size room with an extra sofa style bed. We were a long way from the front desk and too jet lagged to protest- didn’t want to waste time arguing but it was a waste of the extra $$$ it cost to upgrade. Also we were right next to a pool/bar and loud music played until midnight or so. If we stayed there again I’d stick to a standard room and only if we were in a most festival spirit where the music wouldn’t be an issue.

I will not be staying here ever again & highly NOT recommended. Check in was simple enough with someone to take you by cart to your room if you’re staying in the bungalows, which are pretty close to the pool but it closes super early at 1800. The smell especially outside was pretty horrendous & there are stray cats everywhere. I dined at the on-site restaurant which is not worth the money, the food was not seasoned AT ALL & I had a cat rubbing against my leg as I was trying to eat. Upon returning from dinner, I found that my key card didn’t work anymore so I followed signs to “reception” which lead to nowhere. The signs are in English but very misleading to another building on the 2nd floor, no where near where the actual reception desk is. I stayed here to be close to the airport but literally didn’t get ANY sleep all night due to men talking/shouting outside my door until the wee hours & someone above me got up super early sounding like they were moving furniture. Additionally; in the morning, I had to haul my 23 kg bag up the hill on my own. Never again!

If you're looking for a 5-star hotel, this isn't it. Major renovations are needed at the beach, pool areas, and especially the rooms. Unprotected wires around the pool and beach areas are a serious concern; I hope they weren't live. Pest control is also a significant issue here. There's only one real option for sit-down dining. At the buffet, you can have breakfast and à la carte dinner, but there are not many other choices. They opened a restaurant near the beach on our last night. The food was good, but the staff was disorganized due to the opening. They couldn't provide a price for a bottle of wine because it wasn't in the system, so we had to pay by the glass. Be sure to wear footwear on the beach, as there is broken glass around.

Overall this place checks a lot of boxes. However, customer service is completely missing. The level of constant communication issues. While your being helped, 15 disruptive conversations happen. (mostly among the employees) We had issues with our room and no one welcomed help. The food was tasty but service makes a 30 min lunch into a 90 min drag. If you love feeling special or even recognizes. This is not your place. If your looking for a nice view and short pool day. Great place. Just do not expect the bar drinks to get to your quick!

This is a convention hotel, not a tourist hotel. If you are looking to get away from Athens this is not the place to go. There is only one, buffet style restaurant, the pool closes at 6pm, there is no place to buy anything at the hotel or nearby, and they have only one line for check-in/check-out. Not a problem until you want to check out and you have to stand in line for 20 minutes because a bus of conventioneers arrived right before you. Stay away from this place.

From the very beginning, this hotel was a total disappointment. It lacks any charm or Greek identity, as many other places have. We waited 45 minutes to check in and then had to wait again for a golf cart to take us to our “bungalow.” As soon as we got in, we noticed that there was water all over the bathroom floor from a tub leak. Our private pool ladder was broken, the outdoor lights didn’t work, and despite sending messages, I have received no reply. No one answers at the front desk, so that also complicated things. We stayed in smaller hotels in Greece and this was the only large hotel. I’d never do it again.

I did not like this hotel. Staff were ok, not very helpful or friendly. The blow dryer works for 10 seconds and shuts off for 5 - not much use. It was convenient to the airport and we only booked for 1 night.
