Spacious, bright, apartment with large veranda, ideal for family holidays, in Varkiza (Alianthos) resort south of Athens.
It has been fully renovated on May of 2020 and is fully equipped with electric boiler, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, 42” smart TV at the living room, WiFi 100Mbps (usually 80Mbps), 32’’ TV at master bedroom, Chromecast (log in to your own NETFLIX account), books in English and Greek, board games, baby cot (provided upon request).
The kitchen is fully equipped. A limited provision of consumables such as shampoo & conditioner, soaps, detergents, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, herbs, toilet paper etc. are being supplied. Beach towels are NOT provided and is not allowed to take the house towels to the beach.
The apartment is fully air conditioned by A+++ air conditioners and totally insulated.
By the entrance there is a binder with user manuals for the electric appliances in English.
