Bedrooms:
The three bedrooms offer a restful retreat, featuring two rooms with plush king beds and one room with two comfortable queen beds. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Guests will access the home via smart lock; codes will be sent the morning of check in.

Getting Around:
Rental cars are strongly recommended, as ride-sharing services may be limited or unavailable in the area.

Other Things to Note:
1) This home is dog-friendly!
Once your booking is confirmed and you have let us know the number of dogs traveling with you, you'll receive a payment request for the dog fee of $150 for the first dog and $50 per additional dog (maximum 5 dogs total), plus any applicable taxes. The dog fee is non-refundable and helps ensure dog-related allergens are cleaned for future guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds, and there may be extra cleaning costs if excessive dog hair is found that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home. Locations: above all major entrances.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

- Fireplaces are decorative only
- Jets in the primary bathroom tub are out of order at this time
- Windows in the sunroom are out of order at this time
