Ap. is on 6th floor and located at LYSSIKRATOUS 24, KALLITHEA. Pretty new (2015), luxury & fully furnished modern Penthouse of 80sqm, sunny with spacious front (35sqm) as well as rear (25sqm) terraces. Is located at the top floor of a 6 floor building. The apartment has living room with open plan kitchen in total 40sqm plus two separate bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a separate bathroom plus a WC. All furniture is modern and custom hand-made. Individual a/c units in all rooms as well as an independent central heating system assure a pleasant environment during all seasons of the year. Rear terrace is covered and overlooks Acropolis. The front terrace is semi covered and has a free sight over Saronic Gulf and the unique gardens of S. Niarchos Fundation Cultural Centre SNFC, (150m away), where the New Athens Opera is housed. 600m from Flisvos Marina (Yachting Center) / Athens Riviera, 6-8min by car to Athens centre, Acropolis and its New Museum as well as all other ancient Monuments. There is a bus stop for Sightseeing Bus and Onassio Cardio Hospital are located 150m away. The access from Athens Intl. Airport is easy by Metro (Line 3) to Syntagma sq. and then by bus (line B2). Port of Piraeus is ca. 5km for all boats to Greek Islands. Calamaki Marina is another centre for Sailing is ca. 4km away is connected also by B2 bus or Tram line.

Spacious, modern flat in nice neighborhood
We found this flat to be very comfortable and convenient while in Athens. Well appointed interior and spacious decks on both sides. Market within a block and multiple, reasonable restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful park that contains The National Opera House and Library, multiplesport opportunities and walking paths within 2 blocks. 3 blocks south is the one of the access stops for the very reasonable "Hop On Hop Off" systems that you can use to sight see anywhere in Athens-- we did not need a car. Dimi, the owner was very accommodating, responded quickly to our questions and gave us helpful information for the area. It was a pleasant stay.

Très agréable séjour
Appartement très confortable situé dans un environnement très calme. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et la vue sur l'Acropole depuis les chambres. Proche d'Athènes mais voiture ou taxi nécessaire.
