Amazing Unique Athens Condo In Renovated Church! Walk To Downtown/UGA/Sanford

This spacious 3000 square foot unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is warm and inviting with hardwood floors on both levels and lots and lots of light. Perfect for gatherings of all sizes, the main level open living space with 20+ft ceilings offers a wonderful flow between the kitchen and living and dining areas. Upstairs there are two large master suites with queen beds, memory foam mattresses, and en suite baths. Downstairs is a small bedroom with full bed, separate downstairs full bath, and a studio area with futon for an additional 2 guests (sleeps up to 8). There are also 2 comfortable 10 inch twin memory foam mattress that can be used for single people or kids if needed.

12 ft shuffleboard table, foosball table, cornhole set, private Weber gas grill, Sonos house surround sound system with Deezer elite streaming music service (play almost anything you want in CD quality/non-compressed sound), Cable TV with sports package/Netflix/Disney+/Amazon prime/Showtime streaming through Roku HDTV. The condo has everything you need for a perfect trip to Athens, GA!

Football weekends typically have a 3 night minimum, please select 3 nights or write to get an accurate quote (the message goes straight to my phone I'll respond quickly). Graduation has a flat rate for up to 4 nights, typically $3000 (please let me know the dates you want and I'll send an accurate quote).

The condo was perfect for our family (18+) while staying in Athens for the Women’s Swimming NCAAs. The listing online is accurate, the host is outstanding, the location is close to UGA and restaurants, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the games were super fun! Church Condo in Athens
We rented the condo to accommodate our family and friends for my son’s wedding.. it was a perfect place to re-connect with our loved ones. The teenagers as well as the adults enjoyed all the games. Plenty of supplies, sheets, towels. We didn’t want for anything. It was a GREAT time for us all! The owner was very accommodating for all our needs.

Amazing!!!
We stayed here for our annual trip to Athens with two other couples. We usually stay at a hotel in three separate rooms with no real common area to hang out and visit. It was wonderful to be all together under one roof! The living space is fantastic! We especially enjoyed listening to music and playing shuffleboard while visiting and reminiscing about college years. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and towels available. We even opted to stay in and cook out on the grill one of the evenings. We have a spot to tailgate at The Tailgate Station, which made the location SUPER convenient! Thanks so much for the hospitality, Carl! Your Athens home is beautiful and allowed us to share and make many new memories with old friends!

The Church
Great living area. Interesting place. I was under the impression the futon was in an enclosed room but it is not. Two huge bedrooms and downstairs small bedroom. Worked for us except the open futon room. I would highly recommend for 3 couples and extras who don’t mind sleeping in open areas. Would stay there again! Thank you Carl.

This townhome, in a converted church, is simply lovely. Quiet, idyllic setting. Beautifully appointed (as my 11 year old described it), with wonderful owner and property manager. One of, if not the best, VRBO I have stayed in. Five stars!

UGA visit
We were 2 families visiting our daughters at UGA and the property was perfect for us! The house was clean and beautiful, there was plenty of room to spread out and everything we could have possibly needed for our stay.
