Nestled in the shadow of the Acropolis lies the perfect stay for your Athens visit. Acropolis Luxury Living is a spacious, tranquil 2-bedroom apartment, centrally located in the charming district of Koukaki and just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum and the Syggrou Fix and Acropolis metro stations. Recently fully renovated, its modern, secure and beautifully styled interior is serviced and fully equipped with the latest amenities, making it ideal for long or short stays, leisure or business.

Stretch out in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There’s also a twin bedroom with a detached bathroom, making it perfect for a family of four people, or two couples - the choice is yours. Both bedrooms have a mounted 45-inch HDMI flat screen TV, equipped with surround sound, plus mini sound systems and electronic alarm clocks. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers plus a fine selection soaps and shampoos, which are replenished together with fresh towels upon request.

The living room is open-plan and welcoming with two sofas, one of which converts to a comfortable queen size double bed, giving you space for that extra person or couple. Relax in front of the 60-inch HDMI flat screen TV with its independent sound bar system and free Netflix access.

Cook up a storm in a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine with a handpicked selection of flavored capsules, kettle for filtered coffee and tea, and toaster. The dining table is ideal for hosting family or friends, or for use as an open workspace.

Importantly, the apartment is not situated near a major thoroughfare so noise levels are low. The entire apartment is equipped with electronically controlled air-conditioning to keep that perfect temperature during summer or cozy during the mild winters of Athens. And if you’re staying an extended period, the apartment is also set up with a combined washing machine and dryer. Naturally, you’ll have free high-speed internet access, a secure 50 mbps WiFi connection to stay connected during your stay.

Perfect Stay
We were only here for one night before a flight to the islands and it was the perfect stay for that. The apartment was clean and a great size for four of us. The location is central so easy to walk everywhere! The guy who checked us in was incredibly helpful and even helped us schedule a ride to the airport in the morning. I highly recommend booking this place for your stay in Athens.

This property is in a fairly convenient location to both the metro and the Acropolis. We enjoyed that there were plenty of dining options close by. The apartment was clean, well equipped, comfortable, interesting lighting and marvelous towels. They were very accommodating with our early arrival. Two suggestions are to put safety bars in the wonderful showers and to supply directions for the washer/dryer in English!

This property was professionally managed and tastefully furnished. Alex was very helpful during check in process and the host gave us lots of pointers for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Great location. Everything was within walking distance. The building is in safe location.

Top Notch Property in Heart of Athens
What a fantastic property with attentive hosts. Property was immaculate and well stocked with all the essentials. Communication with the host was very timely and readily available. The location was in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and major attractions. Public transportation was only a few minutes walk away and allowed for quick travel to the beach for a quiet afternoon on the coast. Highly recommend this property for your stay and would book again if back in the area.

Paradise near the Parthenon
Fantastic apartment. Clean, modern, well-equipped and well-maintained. Superb location within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, the Plaka, etc. Also excellent support (tips, recommendations, etc.) from the property manager. My wife and I hated to leave the apartment, because we loved our stay there so much. We’ve stayed in a lot vacation rentals, and this is one of the absolute best!!

We loved our stay at the Acropolis Luxury Living apartment. Very nicely appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It was only a short walk to the Acropolis and to downtown for seeing the sights and restaurants. The service before and during our stay was spot on. Thank you Acropolis Luxury Living team for all of your assistance setting up guides, excursions and airport transfers. Special thanks for accommodating the 6 hour delay on arrival and switching transfer arrangements at short notice. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming to visit Athens.

The property was great! Looks just like the pics online. More than enough room for three adult women. We felt safe and secure. It’s walking distance to the Acropolis. The host was extremely helpful from check out to check in. He was also very responsive to my emails leading up to check in. He even helped us with transportation from the airport. I definitely recommend it! I wished it was available to book again for the end of our trip.

Beyond expectations
This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was nicely appointed: the quality of furnishings, thoughtful amenities such as black out curtains, helpful staff to connect with us daily. We did not anticipate the daily maid service that was provided—a nice surprise! Lastly, the location was superb, just a few blocks from the bustling Plaka and Parthenon area, we liked its slightly quieter vibe. You won’t regret choosing this place.

We have been traveling though many countries in Europe and Athens was one of our stops. We arrived early and they did everything above and beyond to accommodate us until the apt was ready. It was so roomy to where we were all comfortable and had plenty of room. They also accommodated everything for our stay. From stocking our fridge and organizing a tour. Superb in every way
We have stayed in MANY VRBO (and AB&B) apartments over our 11 years of travel in Europe. This is our first ever review because we could find NO fault with this apartment. It was truly luxurious. The lighting, decor, living area, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, were beautifully designed and appointed. (On the third floor with elevator.) The location was excellent: next to a hotel with a rooftop restaurant/bar; near the metro, car rental agencies, ATMs, cafes, one of the best bakeries we have ever seen, and many restaurants —for example. It is within walking distance of many must-see historical sites and museums. And the owner/managers were extremely responsive to all of our inquiries. Truly a cut above.

Fantastic Athens trip
Our stay with Bill and John was an unbelievable stay. They have an extensive resource/staff pool of individuals ready to help you in an instant at all times day or night. They met us at the airport in a van as 4 adults had a lot of luggage. They took us to our apartment ( they have two identical 2 bed/2bath apartments in the same bldg) and got us situated. The apartments are fully loaded with everything one would need. Additionally the apartments are within a minutes walk to the Acropolis, Plaka and most everything you want to see in Athens. We also hired a private tour guide for our family through Bill and John. She met us at the front door of the apartments and spent 4 hours on a walking tour of all and more than we requested! She was outstanding! These properties and company are highly recommended and I know all who stay with them will have the same great experience. The only note I will make is they have a washing machine in both kitchens. I was told it is a w/d combo. But I could not figure it out. But that was not a problem as there is a great laundromat on the next street which was fast and efficient! Excellent place to stay!
