Nestled in the shadow of the Acropolis lies the perfect stay for your Athens visit. Acropolis Luxury Living is a spacious, tranquil 2-bedroom apartment, centrally located in the charming district of Koukaki and just a few minutes walk from the Acropolis Museum and the Syggrou Fix and Acropolis metro stations. Recently fully renovated, its modern, secure and beautifully styled interior is serviced and fully equipped with the latest amenities, making it ideal for long or short stays, leisure or business.

Stretch out in the spacious master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There’s also a twin bedroom with a detached bathroom, making it perfect for a family of four people, or two couples - the choice is yours. Both bedrooms have a mounted 45-inch HDMI flat screen TV, equipped with surround sound, plus mini sound systems and electronic alarm clocks. Bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers plus a fine selection soaps and shampoos, which are replenished together with fresh towels upon request.

The living room is open-plan and welcoming with two sofas, one of which converts to a comfortable queen size double bed, giving you space for that extra person or couple. Relax in front of the 60-inch HDMI flat screen TV with its independent sound bar system and free Netflix access.

Cook up a storm in a contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine with a handpicked selection of flavored capsules, kettle for filtered coffee and tea, and toaster. The dining table is ideal for hosting family or friends, or for use as an open workspace.

Importantly, the apartment is not situated near a major thoroughfare so noise levels are low. The entire apartment is equipped with electronically controlled air-conditioning to keep that perfect temperature during summer or cozy during the mild winters of Athens. And if you’re staying an extended period, the apartment is also set up with a combined washing machine and dryer. Great location!!!
Our stay was seamless from beginning to end. Communications with the host were responded to almost immediately and efficiently. He coordinated our transfers to and from the airport for us which was so convenient and appreciated! The apartment had everything we could have needed, and was clean and comfortable. The location was the best for exploing the acropolis, museum and surrounding old town. We easily walked everywhere, and had no problem finding good restaurants close by. I would stay there again and highly recommend this wonderful and safe apartment!

Perfect Stay
We were only here for one night before a flight to the islands and it was the perfect stay for that. The apartment was clean and a great size for four of us. The location is central so easy to walk everywhere! The guy who checked us in was incredibly helpful and even helped us schedule a ride to the airport in the morning. I highly recommend booking this place for your stay in Athens.

Fantastic apartment
The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family. It is in a prime location, within a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and the Plaka neighborhood. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood. The management team arranged 3 different airport transfers for us since we visited Mykonos and Santorini as well. Great communication with their staff, they have great recommendations; it was a lovely stay while we were in Athens.

Fantastic apartment
This property was conveniently located to all of the main attractions in Athens in a quiet neighborhood. Plaka and the Acropolis were within a 10-minute walk. Communication with the property management team was fantastic, they also arranged 3 different airport transfers for us since we traveled to Mykonos and Santorini. The apartment was very clean and I highly recommend staying at this location if you plan on staying in Athens.

Excellent stay in great apartment
Had a wonderful 2 night stay in this lovely apartment from Bill and John’s. Stayed with our family of 4, with 2 teenagers. Arranged transport from cruise port to apartment and from apartment to airport via Bill and John’s. Our English speaking driver Konstantino was excellent and transported us in a lovely full size Mercedes van. He later texted some excellent tourist info and recommendations. Lovely gentleman. Check in with their rep Chris was excellent. We arrived early and he met us there and was super accommodating and very helpful. Very pleasant and professional young man. Apartment is lovely and very well decorated. Lots of space for our family of 4. AC worked great which was very needed in July. Kitchen was reasonably equipped and unit had a washer and drying rack. Building has a small elevator which we used to transport luggage only. Unit is on the floor “3” which is actually the 4th floor as the ground floor is “0”. Location is excellent being just south of the Acropolis museum. Easy walking distance to the museum, the Acropolis, the Plaka area etc and right near the acropolis metro stop. Overall an excellent stay in Athens.

Perfect place for a great stay in Athens
This place was well-decorated, quiet, and clean, with easy access to the metro and close to all the historic sites in the center. We arrived around noon to drop off our luggage. Philip greeted us and was able to accommodate an early check in, which was a lovely surprise. The apartment had everything we needed, including a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine. We highly recommend the 180 West Rooftop Lounge next door for its beautiful views of the Acropolis, great drinks, and music. Philip also provided a fantastic list of local recommendations. We just wish we had more time to visit them all!

Outstanding property with everything you could possibly want or need and within easy walking distance of the Acropolis, museums and many restaurants. Great communication prior to arrival. A couple of suggestions; 1) Non-slip mats for the showers would be nice. We found the floor to be very slippery. 2) I would suggest installing bidet toilet seats if the "No toilet paper in the toilet" is permanent guidance.

Great location and apartment in Athens
We stayed in this VRBO for 2 days while in Athens. The unit is in a great location. Easy walk to the Acropolis, the museum, and the metro station. We were there with another family and they rented the 2nd unit in the same building. The unit was a great size for our family of 4 and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay (air conditioning, washer, etc.). The management company was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions very quickly. I would recommend the restaurant at the hotel next door for a great evening view of the Acropolis. And I would recommend Liondi for lunch just outside of the museum.

Amazing stay in Athens
We are traveling to several cities in Europe this summer and we knew the least, and had the lowest expectations for Athens. We were so surprised and pleased. Athens is so charming and beautiful, and the Greek people are the kindest, most friendly people we’ve ever met. Our VRBO was in the heart of the city, a short walk from the Acropolis and great neighborhoods like the Plaka. The apartment was better than advertised and had all the luxuries of home. Our hosts were exceptional and I can’t recommend this option highly enough. Amazing!
