Acropolis Boutique Residence is located in Acropolis area, and is committed to providing high quality service to all guests. Primary goal of the residence is to combine luxury with affordability.
The master bedroom (bedroom with its own bathroom) features a large queen size double bed and the other one features two single beds (with the possibility to connect them and make it a double queen). All beds are equipped with American imported mattresses and furnished with high quality linens and pillows which provide to the guests an ultimate sleeping experience. In each bedroom has a 45’ smart TV flat screen, individual stereo system with USB gates and separately ample closet space.
The living room features two comfortable sofas, one of which turns into an extra comfortable queen size double bed. The living room also includes a 50’ smart TV ultra HD 4k flat screen with surround sound system.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The residence is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board as long as with space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by a very well known Greek brand.

The dining room area can accommodate up to 6 visitors for a superb meal.

Great location, quiet neighborhood but mere minutes walk from the acropolis and 2 metro stations. Check in process was super easy and the property was clean, stylish and perfectly comfortable. Will definitely bring staying at one of these properties again!

Great experience from car pick up to car drop off, arranged by company. Very clean, extremely comfortable beds and 2 baths. Location was awesome for touring. Short stay but just what we needed to start our holiday.

Clean and comfortable
This was a comfortable, clean, well-maintained and well-equipped apartment. The property manager initially sent us to the wrong address, a location that is used for storing luggage, but then met us and walked with us a few blocks to the apartment. They provided extra linens for the living room couch and were very accommodating. A very nice stay in Athens, and highly recommended.

Fantastic apartment - great location
One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in Europe. Modern, good-sized bathrooms, two large bedrooms with comfortable beds, living room with sofas, table and chairs. Lots of clean blankets and big fluffy towels. Kitchen was immaculate with all amenities. Great location near the Acropolis but not so near that it was noisy. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay in Athens
Bill & John and their team were very good to deal with and accommodating. We arrived in two lots because of flight changes and were picked up and delivered to the condo without a hitch. They were also quick to respond when we inadvertently locked ourselves out. The condo housed two couples easily, each bedroom having its own bathroom, and very soundproof. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room was very comfortable.

Outstanding Home Away from Home in Athens
Apartment is outstanding. Beautifully updated and tastefully furnished with excellent lighting. Air conditioning units in each room overcome intense summer heat. Most importantly, George (the property manager, I believe) is VERY responsive to any questions or issues, and will always respond within minutes. We only stayed two nights, but could happily have stayed two months.

Discover Koukaki!
Koukaki, which until just a few years ago was one of Athens' least appealing neighborhoods, is now one of the city's most desirable places to live. The number of new restaurants, cafes bars and smart shops is amazing! You'll be rubbing shoulders with locals; not just tourists. Yet the Plaka and Acropolis are only a short walk away. We loved staying at the Acropolis Boutique Residence, which is just as it appears in the photos. This is a wonderful property, superbly managed.

Perfect in every way
We traveled with our two teen daughters. John met us at the unit when we checked in and did a great job quickly getting us oriented to the unit and all of the things do do in the area. Of the four two bedroom VRBOs we stayed in while traveling around Greece this was the only one which had air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room. I can not understate how important this to stay comfortable in July. Great location and lots of space.

Great location in central Athens
Clean, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in central Athens. Beds were comfortable. Close to attractions and many good restaurants. Not much of a view. Check-in was a bit challenging. You have to have the ability to connect with the apartment manager so that they can meet you to give you keys and show you the apartment. Kitchen facilities were good although there were limited glasses, plates, etc. Only enough for one meal for 4 persons, although there is a dishwasher.

Exceptional stay! Service started well before arrival. They made airport transfers, cruise port transfers, restaurant reservations…they were even able to secure a private tour guide on very short notice—-they could not do enough for us! They provided recommendations for everything! The apartment is lovely and the location was superb! We walked everywhere very easily! Lastly, the air conditioning was cold and the and the showers were hot! What else is there? Don’t even hesitate to book this property or any of their properties! So great!!

Wonderful apartment in the city center
My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Acropolis Boutique Residence! Before the trip, Bill & John representatives helped us arrange transportation from the airport and to the port after our stay, sent us recommendations for restaurants and sites to see, and even helped us book a couple extra days when we asked to extend our stay a few months ahead. The apartment was clean, the beds were soft, and it was more than comfortable for the four of us. The provided toiletries, nespresso pods, and tea were more than appreciated. We also made good use of the dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, and the Netflix account provided there. They also helped us with storing luggage and gave us advice on a nice cafe to stay at while our room was being prepared. We definitely recommend them - I know I’ll be looking at their properties again if I ever return to Greece!

This space fit the needs of our family. Clean and Comfortable. There is not a dryer. This is just for planning purposes when you are washing your clothes. There is an elevator, but we chose to walk up the three flights. The view outside the windows is of a demolished building. Walking distance to the sites
