This gorgeous country property features a main house that accommodates 10 adults comfortably and a studio-style guest house that sleeps four with a pull-down bed and sofa sleeper, for a total maximum occupancy of 14. The main house has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, guest house is a studio with one full bathroom and is included in the rental.

Begin your day in the gourmet kitchen with bar stools overlooking the cooking area and kitchen table that overlooks the paddocks and barn. The large eat-in area overlooks the front of the property, where you will be delighted with bird and deer watching. Adjacent formal dining room flows into the lovely large living room overlooking both the front and back yards.

California-style outdoor living begins on the covered patio directly off the living room, with fire pit, dining table and several outdoor seating areas, all focused around the swimming pool. Behind the pool find bocce ball, volleyball and horseshoes near the small creek. Pool house area features an outdoor flat screen TV, large seating area, bar fridge, and bathroom easily accessible from pool area. Enjoy the brand new spa to greet you morning or night.

Downstairs, you and your guests will enjoy three full bedrooms, one with a flat screen TV, and both one full bath and a powder room. Upstairs the master suite with walk in closet features a large copper bath tub and shower with three shower heads. The luxury in the master suite is completed with a king-size bed and flat screen TV. Also upstairs is a second full guest suite with bathroom. There is Direct TV throughout the home and detailing features air conditioning and heating with three separate thermostats, for individualized comfort throughout.

Separate guest house provides a quiet place away from the main house to comfortably accommodate four additional guests with a queen-size pull-down bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Detailing includes kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a bathroom with a large vanity and over-sized shower. You can relax on the beautiful leather sofa as you watch TV on a large flat screen TV with amazing surround sound or play a game of billiards. Double sliding glass doors step out on to a stone patio with its own fire pit and outside dining.

This neighborhood contains a deer sanctuary, great areas for long walks, good roads for biking, and amazing views of nature. This lovely, secluded rural property can become your sanctuary as well. Return home from your day of wine tasting, or exploring the area and enjoy all the benefits of this luxury offering. Recently updated with improved wifi service. CalPoly Grad weekend Getaway
This house served our large family well. Ample space to gather for meals both inside and out by the pool. Easy check in and check out. The guest house I found was only suitable for 2 people (1 couple). The bed is a murphy bed and it's 1 big open room with a small sofa and pool table in-between bed and sofa. Still worked for our group size only because 2 people cancelled due to flight cancellations. Other than that, and losing power for a morning (which they can't control) it was an amazing spot to celebrate our CalPoly graduate!

The Tribe
Eight women who have been celebrating Mother’s Day together for 30 years, 28 at a beach front property in Seascape. Property sold by one of the women so we have been on the hunt for another suitable property. This property does not disappoint. There are power outages in the area and we experienced one but only lasted a few hours and did not interfere with our stay.

Great property for families. Plenty of room, immaculate pool and beautiful grounds. The family loved the grassy area, volley ball net, fire pit, pool accessories and the ping pong table. We encountered a few minor issues that were immediately dealt with due to easy communication with the management. I highly recommend.

Great getaway in the Paso Robles area
Overall very smooth process of booking, checking in and stay. The management company was very easy to work with and very responsive. This is an amazing property for a large family/group to visit together. We had deer visiting us everyday and were able to enjoy the property in spite of visiting on one of the hottest weekends in decades. The only surprise was that I was asked to sign a "rental agreement" after the booking was accepted and payment was also accepted - that came as a surprise, since I felt that I did not have any other option but to sign a document I did not have visibility into before making payment etc.

Just what we were looking for.
This property is a perfect place for a small retreat. There is plenty of room to spread out at tables for groups as large as 10 people in order to work on agendas, group tasks, working group documents and or projects. The property provides very nice and quiet accommodations with a lot of activities such as horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, bocce ball and badminton. If you want a nice place and be self contained and have plenty of activities to do, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The staff at VRBO was very helpful and accommodating as well. The only constructive critique I have is that in the listing it say it is only 11 miles from Cayucos however I would say that is as the crow flies. If you are looking to include the beach you are a good 30 to 40 minute drive to the closest beach Overall though I would give this place two thumbs up. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Planned this weekend to hang out with family and we couldn't have picked a better home. It was well sized for our large group..We enjoyed the pool and hot tub thoroughly. The backyard was 'endless' with lovely trees. The kitchen and pantry were perfectly stocked with everything we could have needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

Great Weekend in Atascadero
We enjoyed a long weekend staying at this beautiful home with our daughters and their families. The house is on a large lot with lots of privacy. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool area had areas for sunbathing and areas to sit in the shade. Evenings cooled off nicely leading to good times sitting around the fire pit.

Thanks for a lovely stay
Communication with property manager was great and were responsive when we had to reach them. House was spacious for our group of 5 adults, 4 kids. Outdoor areas were great and lots to do for the entire group - nice pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit set up. 2 recommendations for the house manager to consider for a better stay for future guests: 1) The grass area by the volleyball net was so muddy (from the daily watering) that we couldn't use that grass at all during our stay. The sprinkler went on every afternoon we were there and the grass never had time to dry. 2). Upgrade the internet/wifi. We had a few people who had to go to Starbucks to work because the bandwidth was too slow at the house for everyone to be online. Also, for the 4 days that we stayed, the internet was down for 2.5 days. The house manager did send someone out when it went down the 1st time to fix it. However, after that initial fix, the internet connection kept failing the last 2 days of our stay. The cellphone reception in the area is also very bad, so without wifi, it's a little challenging to receive any phones calls or do any work online. For some, this probably isn't important, but especially during COVID times when people are working remotely, this was very frustrating for those that had work calls scheduled during our stay.

Beautiful with a few major issues
We certainly enjoyed the rental at 3120 San Fernando. The house has all the amenities we expected. Your staff was very prompt and tried to resolve several issues we faced. Just a reminder of the problems we faced: -No air conditioning for the first two days. your staff fixed this issue but it returned later in the stay and took two more visits to resolve. -We had difficulties with the entertainment system in the living room. Your service attendant tried to fix it with no success. -When the second service attendant came to fix the A/C . No success We never had use of the system the entire stay. -Ants on the lower level. These appeared on the third day. We had to buy our own ant sprays to finally get rid of this issue. All of these issues were disappointing. This clearly reduced value of the rental . We suggest the lost value of our rental should be reimbursement of a portion of the cost. We leave it to you to take a first pass at the amount of this reimbursement.

Great Graduation Celebration
The house was exactly as pictured and the check-in process was easy and clearly communicated. We had a family celebration for my son's graduation from Cal Poly. The plan was to relax and do some wine tasting, hiking, etc but the house was so great for our group of 11 people that we spent most of our time just hanging out. Lots of wildlife coming through the property and while there are neighbors nearby, the layout of the house and grounds makes it very private and you feel like you are truly out in the country. The management company was very responsive. We had a minor plumbing issue during our stay (leaky sink) and they responded quickly and professionally. Only quibble was that we wanted the pool heated for our stay and they added an additional $500 (eventually negotiated down to $375) to our 6 day rental under the guise of "the cost of propane to heat the pool". I understand there is cost involved in heating the pool, but with the daily rate of this home, this just seemed like an unnecessary grab for extra revenue. Would highly recommend this house for a group looking for a relaxing wine country get-away. We would love to come back in the future.

It was great to get away with family post “Stay at Home” Order. We all enjoyed some time in the country. Plenty of room for 3 families and Grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and volleyball. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Honestly, you don’t even have to leave. Looking forward to staying again!

Amazing stay
The house was perfect! Was even better than the pictures. Had amazing amenities- we didn't want or need to leave. Perfect place to relax and unwind. Pool was fantastic as was hot tub and fire pits. All ages enjoyed-13-78.
