Ranch Home On 3 Acres, Tucked Under The Oak Trees With Views Of The Mountains.

Property is ideal for temporary stays to visit the wonderful central coast area. We welcome weekly and monthly stays from October through May.
Enjoy the open space, sunset views of surrounding mountains, outdoor patio, gazebo with Fire Pit and outdoor BBQ. Surrounded by Oaks with beautiful landscaping, lawns and seasonal flowers. The backyard is suitable for letting your pets run and play. This Ranch Home was built in the 70’s and retains much of it’s charm. The living room has one step down from the kitchen and bedrooms as was a sign of elegance at the time. There are plenty of rooms to roam around in as well as many areas outside to escape on your vacation. Enjoy comfy beds with cotton sheets and cotton towels. You may even want to sleep outdoors under the stars. Choose from an array of Board games to play, Dominos to tumble, cards to stack, or books to read. There are two TV's; one in the living room and another in a bedroom with fast WIFI.

There are many local Wineries, Breweries, Eateries, Hiking Trails and Biking Trails.
San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Pismo Beach, Morro Bay, Cayucos, Cambria and Paso Robles are nearby.
We are located:
4 miles to Santa Margarita Ranch.
6 miles to Spanish Oaks Ranch.
8.3 miles to Oyster Ridge Wedding Venue.
15 miles to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
26 miles to Pismo Beach, 23.4 miles to Avila Beach and 21 miles to Morro Bay. Check out the Avila Valley Barn.
45 miles up the scenic coastline will bring you to Hearst Castle.

Over all this is excellent experience, love the property, there are lots build-in small functions in the house made our stay easy and comfortable. It will be perfect if there is air purifiers because when you open the door you will have ‘old house smell’, but overall it’s still earning 5 stars! Thank you for sharing your house!

Wonderful Home Away From Home
The Parker House was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was so well stocked, We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and afternoon wine taking in the views. The house is clean, comfortable and feels like home.

The property is wonderful. The house is very spacious, with very comfortable beds and sitting areas. We did no cooking, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was our favorite. So peaceful with great views. Looking forward to visiting again.

The property was in a great locations and was ideal for having our dogs stay with us. The house was very clean and it was easy to book and access. The house is definitely dated in decor and style but was comfortable and had every cooking amenity available.

Awesome Getaway!
This is the third time we have stayed at the house. It accommodates our entire family comfortably with all the outdoor and indoor seating. Beautiful location
We needed a place for several family members to celebrate our son’s graduation from Cal Poly. It was convenient to SLO while still giving us a great place to unwind and relax. Wish we had found it sooner, though it’s usually my husband and me visiting. We do hope to visit the area again and would definitely look into staying here again.

Truly a home away from home.

Ranch stay in the countryside
We had a great visit to the rural area of Atascadero. The location was great for getting away from city life It was quiet with lots of birds and farm animals around. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are all comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. It is an older home with a mixture of new and older decor/appliances. Overall, we enjoyed it and felt it was worth the cost.

Wonderful getaway
My extended family enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. We were able to prepare excellent homecooked meals with the provided cookware and barbecue, and we enjoyed lovely afternoons and evenings outside, sipping wine and savoring the view. I especially appreciated that we were able to bring our two dogs, which made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you to Dana for being an excellent host!

This Home Helped Me Fall in Love With California!
Beautiful. The home was welcoming, comfortable and fun: Little fun treasures around every corner. The beds were very comfortable and all reported sleeping well. We enjoyed the kitchen, every utensil you could possibly need, two ovens! We also spent a lot of time outside and the round table with the fire pit was perfect for cool mornings and chilly evenings. The view, it takes your breath away. We saw bluebirds and woodpeckers, a hawk and a few other birds, a hummingbird buzzed through once. The owner responded to all inquiries immediately, they were supportive and kind. Lots to do and see, everything was as described and we enjoyed our stay so much.

Beautiful home away from home
My family and I fell in love with Parker Ranch. We felt nostalgic in this 1975 home as we enjoyed the spacious layout. First we gathered at the breakfast bar after I made eggs and tea with all the kitchen ware I could ask for, as my son relaxed on the couch playing videogames. My sister enjoyed her Netflix shows while my mom and I enjoyed the backyard with it's stunning views. My dad took his morning walk on the property soaking up all the beauty. My favorite encounter was with the neighbors goats and horses in the mornings. This was a magical stay that started out as a wedding getaway and turned into wonderful memories that I will never forget.
