Guests are expected to be respectful of surrounding neighbors at all times and must comply with the local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and respectable noise levels are required at all hours.
Parking for up to 4 cars is available in the back driveway. Additional parking in roundabout out front. No street parking available.
There is a second unit on the property rented separately. The estate has full access to barn, grass area, round about and immediately behind the residence. The estate does NOT have access to the dirt area on the left of the barn or the upper driveway/ garage area which belongs to the second rental.
We provide starter supplies for guests: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All other supplies will need to be providing by the guests.
No pets or parties are allowed.
Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platforms. BYO Passwords
Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control.
There may be wildlife on site, including bugs, both inside and out. Please leave doors closed at all times. We do our very best to keep them as far away from the house as possible with recurring pest control from a reputable company, but they are still present at times. Your safety is very important to us.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport
Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
