Perfect "home in the woods"... Located in the coveted City Hill District far from the hustle and bustle. Quiet, private and peaceful. This home earned a 5 star rating from prior owner. Home is a 5 minute walk to downtown Atascadero. Enjoy the beautiful eastern hills view from your private decks. New hardwood flooring. Remodeled bathroom. New A/C and heat. Many windows allowing the light to enter all rooms including the slider in the bedroom, featuring a very comfortable Cal King bed!!

Peaceful, Clean, and Hospitable
I’m very grateful for how smooth the stay was. It is in a serene area. There is a lot of natural light that comes into the place during the day, it really fostered a beautiful environment to stay in. I will be coming back soon. Thank you.
