The property is immaculate and very well maintained. Great terrace with wonderful views of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Really enjoyed the fabulous beds super comfortable. "Property well equipped,everything you need is there, nice large apartment, bedrooms are particularly spacious, and comfortable beds. You need a car for this complex as at least a mile walk into the port, ok for fit youngsters but as pensioners too hard for us, as all uphill, but we knew this prior to booking unfortunately all pools were closed due to a water shortage. One issue is there are no instructions in the apartment, and being English they would have been extremely useful, although...

"We felt very much at home and comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. The stairs up to 3rd floor were easy to manage. Walks on the Senda Littoral were very pleasant. The bus was easy to get into town, but hard to determine the route (fault of the bus line website). The walk into town was a bit long if you plan to dine in Estepona old town. We were there off season, so the pool was not yet open. Just something to keep in mind if...

"I read most of the reviews before I booked this apartment and I was not disappointed! It has everything you need for a long or short term stay and more...the kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of gadgets....the bedrooms are bright and airy. The Little extras are very welcome too.as in the books in different languages...tvs in each room..(albeit small),the Alexas in different locations.. These are extras i have never seen in any other apartments anywhere. The location is perfect...6 mins...

"Nous y avons séjourné 2mois et demi, très bel appartement bien équipé en RDC avec 2 terrasses,.calme , bien situé à 15 mn à pieds de la plage pour y faire de belles balades. Et 10 mn en voiture du centre ville.Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant du propriétaire.Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir pour continuer à découvrir cette très belle région..Guy et Christine et Pepito."

"Perfect location for a beach vacation with teens. Property owner very friendly and helpful. When we arrived for check-in we were told that they didn’t have a booking for that date and the property was not cleaned from previous tenant, which was very stressful, particularly given the language barrier. But once we were settled in we had a nice stay. Parking was easy, the apartment was very comfortable, and our boys could easily walk to the beach or store."

"What an amazing holiday! This apartment was perfect for our family holiday, set in beautiful location, with a sea view and overlooking the pool. The onsite facilities were perfect for what we needed, as well as being a short walk to other restaurants on the beach. The apartment catered for every need which meant we settled in very quickly.
