"We had a wonderful stay: The whole apartment was wonderful. The main bedroom had a private bathroom. Very spacious, comfortable living room with couch and dinning area (chairs and table) The kitchen had a microwave, water heater to make tea, coffee maker, coffe was even available. Oven, range, big fridge and even a freezer on top of the fridge, and a washing machine with dryer. The balcony was wonderful with incredible views during the day and at night. The swimming pool was great with cold water which was exactly the right thing for the heat. A gym was also available and a sauna. Safe area little supermarket close The center of Asuncion is easily reachable by Uber in about 15 minutes even with traffic. This place made our stay in Asuncion wonderful."

"Water of the pool unsure if inspected daily, not really clear. I have had a feeling that it was unfiltered or slightly dirty. Breakfast was very chaotic and the space was pretty limited. Peak hours table unavailable."
