"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"This cosy apartment is cleverly designed to make the most of the space, with access to the sleeping/TV area via narrow stairs which are quite steep. It's very well placed for a quiet stay only 5 minutes' walk from the centre. "We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. "We enjoyed our stay in this cute mountain cabin. The views were incredible and it was easy to find. The beds were comfortable, but be warned you need to bring your own sheets and towels, which is not made clear when you book. The floorboards are a little squeaky and there are no comfy chairs outside to sit and admire that gorgeous view from, but apart from that, it was very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked and the place was immaculately clean. Philippe was a very welcoming host."

"Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some."
