"A great escape for a week at a very clean, modern, and spacious house right on the shore of Lake Nipissing in a small cove. While we were there in between seasons, we could still walk the nearby snowmobile trails and see the floating dock getting ready for the summer. While both the living room and deck are large enough for a crowd, and the kitchen is perfect to cook for large gatherings, there really isn't enough private room to sleep a large number of people, but that made it perfect for me...

"Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!"

"We had a peaceful great time, everything was well kept and beautiful area. You do have to share the canoes/water crafts with the Neighbor’s. But they were nice"

"We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, large and well stocked. The water was nice for swimming, the kitchen was great, and the general space had lots of places for people to hang out and relax. It was lovely and quiet, and not too close to the neighbours. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions, and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage! "

Very good value

"Check in was quick and easy, even at our late time of arrival. They were accommodating and understanding with our dog as well, as they have designated rooms for travelers with pets. Breakfast was good for a continental and for the price, this hotel was very good value and in a good location with plenty of parking."
