"The property inside was fine. The outside had no water access for cleaning fish on the dock or cleaning things up. No Chairs are available. The parking is horrible , no room for boat trailer 2 vehicles. Treats by owner to tow you if you park on grass. I called the owner to get a hose to use outside, ..."

"Property was exactly what we were needing. Ample space. Access to the Saint Johns River and Lake George were very easy and convenient. Boat parking at end of canal was really nice. Plenty of room for two 22 to 24 foot boats."
