"This house in very confusing layout and the electronics for lights, curtains, gates, etc are confusing and difficult to use. The yard is not maintained. Great view of the ocean. This is in a suburban/rural area with no stores or shops near. Only 1/2 of the home was rented to us. b"

"Miguel was super nice to meet us at the villa for check in. He explained how to use everything in the house and even talked to the private chef we booked for a house dinner one night, which was really helpful. He was also very responsive when we had questions during the stay. The villa was the perfect place to celebrate our marriage and house our family for a few days. "Our family - adults and teens - had a wonderful visit to San Sebastian, Biarritz and Hondarribia. The house is perfectly located for day trips, and the hosts couldn't be more gracious and helpful. Josean met us when we arrived, gave us recommendations for restaurants and shopping, and then answered many Whatsapp questions throughout our stay. So thankful that we found this house for our trip to Spain!"

"We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Property manager was able to accommodate an early check in for us. Went thru a thorough check in showing us everything, even with a bit of a language barrier (thank goodness for Google translate) Sandrine is absolutely wonderful and super responsive! The house is beautiful, in a great location to really get anywhere you need to in Basque Country"

"Bon accueil avec une personne facile à contacter en cas de problèmes et très conciliante ! La maison est très bien située, avec un jardin idéal en cas de beau temps. Seul bémol, elle est dans son jus, peu aérée (très froide en arrivant, problème de chauffages et chaudières réparés rapidement par le gestionnaire, moisissures dans les salles d’eau..) et la propreté n’est pas au top."
