"The property is very poorly maintained. Everything in it is over used, old, and rundown. It was very unpleasant to stay in. The building common areas were grainy and had a strong mildew smell. The mattresses were old, the furniture was over used. The kitchen and the equipment in it were old. The bathroom was in very poor condition. This property should not be a listing meant to host paying customers."

Le gîte était confortable pour 4 personnes bien équipé et propre juste une petite remarque vérifier que la bonde de la douche soit nettoyée. Heureusement que le monsieur qui s'occupe du logement était là à notre arrivée car je n'avais pas le numéro de l'appartement. À par ça parfait."

"Très bien placé, malgré le fait qu’il soit étroit pour en effet avoir les 6 couchages, convient plus pour 4 personnes. Manque d’hygiène selon les locataires précédents (pas de chance c’est tombé sur nous). Propriétaire en revanche très présente lorsqu’il y a besoin, préviens des couchages donc zéro surprise, et très sympathique. Convient très bien pour un week-end entre amis !"

"Forget Gavarnie, Piau Engaly is the place to stay in the Pyrenees. About 1,800m up with fantastic views of the valley & lots of really good walking options. There's also the very good Edelweiss restaurant/bar by the apartment. Alain was also really helpful with the booking."
