"I stayed here for one night on a stopover to Abidjan. I wanted to go on. Tour of the city and the hotel staff organised a driver for me. The next morning, they also got the hotel shuttle bus to set off a little bit earlier for me. The room was fine, the location was fine. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Lome. "

"The description of this property is a bit misleading-it's more of a guesthouse than a hotel (the 'complimentary amenities' was a used bar of soap put back into a well-worn box!)-basic room (bed, table and cupboard). Outside area was pleasant enough to sit. Fine for the price-but don't go expecting a hotel"

"A really cute place with water views. Very friendly staff and good food at the restaurant. I had to leave my passport at the main visa office in Lome, but the hotel still let me check in with just a copy of my passport, which I was very grateful for! The room was basic, but had great A/C. Not-so-hot water and a dimly-lit bathroom, but that wasn't a big deal. Somewhat limited wifi. A nice experience overall!"

"There was no toilet paper. I made a request and was given a partially used toilet paper, not brand new. They refused to accept the electronic confirmation number from hotel.com. I had to pay cash from my pocket. I went back with a printed receipt and was refunded two weeks later after I had already left the country. A friend had to pick it up on my behalf. Breakfast was not served as stated at the website. Will never go there again!"
