"Very nice place to stay in Munich. Centrally located for public transportation and in a safe area. The highlight is the breakfast spread — make sure you take advantage of what they offer for a good start to your day. Wonderful people taking care of you, especially Avni. He and his co-workers are the best and want to see that you are happy with everything. No need to go anywhere else for breakfast!"

"The Sofitel Munich Bayerpost is a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay there, but it falls short of being a 5-star place. The location is great, right next to the train station (S-bahn) and walkable to Old Town in the centre of Munich. The staff was very helpful and friendly and gave me a room upgrade (my first room was in the cold, far corner of the building). The Spa is wonderful. Great sauna and steam room. "Hotel was perfectly suited for solo travel, check-in was efficient and easy. The room has a cool setup, however I can see how if you are traveling as a new-ish couple there might be an issue with the bathroom setup. Love the bar area, and general layout of the rooms!"

"Nice, modern place, secure, great pillows and beds. Loved the breakfast! It lasted a long time and had great choices for food. We also loved the late check out time. The only downside was the bathroom which doesn't have a vent so the room get steamy and moist. Also annoying is that the light switch to the bathroom is on the outside so that the light wakes people when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night."

"A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar."
