Beautiful Family House Between Sea and Brière

Family house at the beginning of the XX ° at eighteen km from La Baule, 5 minutes from Pont Mahé beach towards Pénestin, near Guérande, Le Croisic, Saint Nazaire.

On your arrival, the beds are made, bath mat, hand towels, tea towels, some basic ingredients for the start of the holiday and little touches made available.
The advantages: 50 m from shops and parking in the garden for 3 cars.

South-east veranda on wooden terrace with arbor (barbecue & garden furniture & deckchairs), living room / living room,
Equipped kitchen (3-burner gas hob, 1 electric hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kettle.
Ground floor bedroom facing west, double sofa bed (140cm bed).
Entrance, sanitary facilities (separate wc, shower room and washing machine).

3 bedrooms with 2 beds each:
the yellow bedroom with two pull-out beds in 90 facing east,
the west-facing blue room; 160 bed
Madeleine's west facing bedroom; 140 bed,

Location spoiled by Noise of Passing Traffic
If we had had the exact address of the house before we reserved, we would have guessed that the location was on a very busy road. The noise of the passing traffic prevented us from sleeping at night and made the house noisy during the daytime as well.

Jolie maison ancienne mais confort moderne et bien aménagée. Jardin avec terrasse très agréable pour les repas (avec un auvent pour protéger du soleil qui était bien présent durant notre séjour). De l'espace dedans et dehors. Tout le monde a été satisfait, même le chat.
