Gîte spacieux au bord de la rivière-maison abricot

A very pretty independent house of 120 square meters, completely renovated with large enclosed garden in the countryside in the middle of a 15 ha organic farm.
The house consists of a living room (with sofa bed for two people), an equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 2 to 4 beds each, as well as two bathrooms.
You can relax in a large enclosed garden (dogs allowed) with a large swimming pool (sheltered and heated, shared with a second gîte), games for children (ping-pong, trampoline, slide, swing, etc.;) and large barbecue under the plane trees.





Beautiful region, The Hérault river is nearby for swimming, fishing, walks and kayak tours. Salagou Lake 11 km away and the sea 35 km away.

The house is 9 km from Clermont l'Hérault, 13 km from Pezenas, 40 km from Beziers and 45 km from Montpellier.
