"Catalina was the nicest host during the breakfast. She came over and spoke with us along with the other guests. The breakfast was the best I have tasted that came included with the room. Usually it is a breakfast buffet with over cooked bacon and powdered eggs. This breakfast was fresh and prepared each morning. She made something new each day and the portions were a good size too. I will go back to this hotel just for breakfast alone. Aside from that, the pool and some of the amenities could use some updates. "

"The customer service was excellent; very courteous staff member that checked us in. Checkin was so fast it took only 2 min literally. Parking was free and that was welcome:) the dine in restaurant in the hotel was great; food was v good so was the service. Laundry machines were available that was v useful for us in the middle of a long trip. Aspen downtown was a convenient 15-20 min away."

"This was a welcome experience after the terrible one I had at Viewline Resort in Snowmass. The staff checked me in quickly. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The room service was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and wish I had chosen this hotel over Viewline Resort in Snowmass."

"I had a fabulous stay at the property as a last minute booking. Great breakfast buffet in the morning and I was also able to bring my dog. I loved the convenience of Base Village. There is a lot of construction on the lot behind so be prepared to wake up early. Only issue is that I didn’t receive room service nor towels during my stay. Perhaps it’s a standard these days from an environmental standpoint but hadn’t experienced the lack of that service in the Aspen/Snowmass area before. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again. "
