Shadow Mountain Unit 12 | Spacious Ski-In, Ski-Out Townhouse with Great Views & Gas Fireplace

This two-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. The unit overlooks the town of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area and a washer/dryer. Please note the gas fireplace can be lit manually or with the provided remote control.

Other: There is a Queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Common amenities at Shadow Mountain Townhomes include ski-in, ski-out access to Aspen Mountain, an outdoor pool that's open and heated during the summer and winter, on-site free parking, and a patio with a BBQ grill and tables that's open during warm-weather months. Please note the tram is currently out of order.

Guests of Shadow Mountain Townhomes receive complimentary Aspen Airport transfers and free Wi-Fi. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)
