This top-floor, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury condominium features many high-end finishes, overlooks the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, and is only two blocks from downtown Aspen. The condominium features central air conditioning, an upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, an en suite primary bathroom with a steam shower and jetted tub, upgraded bathrooms throughout, flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living area, and a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. This rental also has an in-unit washer/dryer.

Unit changed
We found out a week ahead of time that the unit we booked in February was double booked and we were kicked out of our unit . Frias Properties only had three units left to choose from that were not as nice and bed and bath setup were mot comparable. Very disappointing!
