This garden level 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium is only two blocks from the Aspen Mountain gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This condo features many unique upgrades, including a SONOS sound system, two gas fireplaces, and two upgraded bathrooms (one with a steam shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub). A maximum of two people may occupy this unit.

Primary Bedroom: King bed

Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, on-site laundry facilities, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!

Guests of the Durant Condos receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours.)

Great little place.
