This property is located right on the Roaring Fork River just a 2 minute walk to Aspen’s commercial core (and the grocery
store). Aspen Mountain Gondola is just a 4 minute walk, but there’s also a free bus that takes you from your residence to the Gondola. Our 3 other ski mountains are accessible with just 1 transfer, so you can save even more money by not renting a car. Summer visitors can easily access the Aspen Music Festival via shuttle, and our 70 hiking and biking trails are just steps away.

This clean standard 4 Bedroom 3 Bath split level condo is perfect for a large family or two small families. Downstairs 2 King Bedrooms each have their own baths and Flat screen TVs. Upstairs the living/dining room features a wood burning fireplace and DVD player and is open to the kitchen, so everyone can visit easily.

Expansive views of the Roaring Fork River are provided from a large deck with gas BBQ. Smartly decorated with natural wood and stone it has a definitively “Aspen” feel and is spacious while still feeling cozy.

The complex features one of the largest outdoor heated pools in Aspen and two hot tubs, all open year round. There is also an exercise and meeting room on site.

Off street parking is available for 1 car.

Clean rooms with great location and everything we needed. Would stay here again! Showers definitely need a replacement showerhead, as the pressure was less than desirable and the fixtures were very dated.

Perfect location and setup
Great location and perfect setup for 2 families to enjoy a week together. Plenty of space for all of us and loved having the pool for hot afternoons. Beautiful view off deck and so nice to hear the river through the windows.

Great location and accommodations
The condo at Chateau Roaring Forks was perfect accommodations for my co-workers and I during the FOOD & WINE Classic. A fantastic location (close to downtown Aspen) and the view of the Roaring Fork River on the back deck was very serene. Very clean and a nice layout. Would definitely recommend this condo as a vacation stay or for corporate purposes.

Nice comfortable condo with plenty of room for the 6 of us! Bryan was very professional and knowledgeable - he was quick to reply to any questions, and very pleasant to deal with. The daily housekeeping was thorough and private parking was a bonus. We will return, thanks!

Great for a large group
This property was perfect for our group of 12. Definitely got a workout walking up & down the stairs (4 floors total), but there was plenty of room to spread out and relax when we were all inside. Plenty of pots/pans & kitchen essentials. The location was convenient for those of us skiing (bus stop was about a 2 min walk), and for those just wanting to explore downtown. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Cozy Condo, walking distance to town
We rented this same property for two years in a row now. Perfect for our yearly guys trip. Short walking distance to Ajax and the center of town (where you catch the buses to Highlands/Snowmass/Buttermilk). Good space with fireplace and there is a great shared pool/hot tub out the back door. Sleeps 8 very comfortably.

Ideal Aspen Condo
We spent a week over the holidays skiing and exploring Aspen from this property as a base. Walkability to town (especially the grocery store), Aspen mountain, and the transit center was absolutely key. The property itself is getting a bit dated on the interior, but it was a great value for the price and very livable for a group of 7 for the week. Communication with property management was prompt and seamless, and the daily cleaning service was a great benefit. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location; responsive owner
The condo is about .3 from the Amazon gondola. Not only convenient for skiing, but a short walk from the nearest grocery store and the downtown. The unit is on the 2d floor, but stairs are outside and easily navigated. It’s a comfortable space, with daily housekeeping service, and the owner emailed to check with us a few times. Recommend it.

Can’t Get Much Better Than This
When it comes to staying in Aspen, this place is up there with the best. Perfect location (FIVE minute walk to downtown, AJAX gondola, bus stop), exceptionally clean and spacious. Fresh sheets and towels daily, working hot tub and heated pool, on-site parking and Very fairly priced. Management team is also very responsive. I don’t know what else you could want. Highly recommend.

Great Condo, perfect location, incredible management
8 of us stayed in this condo for a week - it was a delight! It’s located 4-5 min walk to the Ajax gondola, 3-4 min walk to the supermarket. It has great kitchen opening into spacious living/dining area. To our surprise, condo had daily cleaning service - cleaners did the best job - the condo was pristine! Whatever we needed from the manager - Brian, was resolved in no time! Highly recommend.

Wonderful, clean, prime location ski spot
Our boys trip (with granma) of 7 had a great time at this condo. The space was great for us. We were skiing everyday, eating at home after that each day. There was everything we could need. I really liked the comfy bed. Its fairly close to walk to gondola, but with ski boots, its a bit long - especially little ones. We had a car to shuttle back and forth to the bus stop. Its a bit of a long walk as well in boots. Cleaning came in every day which was a wonderful surprise. For location, value, space, we will definitely stay there again in Aspen.

This condo was clean and as pictured. We felt like we could have used more hand soap and kitchen cleaning supplies. We had to buy cleaning supplies to leave the kitchen as it was when we got there. Other than that, brian was easy to work with and we loved our stay. Would recommend and stay again, just bring our own stuff next time!

I would NOT stay here. The heater caught fire, the owner wasn't willing to repair on our 2ns day there. The hot water worked for 1 shower not the other.

Beautiful condo - Amazing Views Right Over the River!
My friends and I loved this condo. Very clean and well stocked with modern amenities. Beds were ultra comfortable and the views were truly incredible. Great pool and hot tub. There's really nothing like soak after a long day of adventure. We will absolutely stay here next time we're in Aspen!

First time to Aspen
This property was perfect for our family of four. We loved being right on the river and close to all the amenities in Aspen. It was easy to explore Aspen, Snowmass, Independence Pass, and fish the Roaring Fork River with this as our base. The property is in great condition and the beds were as good as one would find at a luxury hotel. The the hot tub was certainly nice at the end of the day. We want to stay here again!
