With its direct views of Aspen Mountain, this Chateau Roaring Fork condo is centrally located an easy 3 block walk from the main Gondola and the heart of downtown Aspen, Colorado. The complex features one of the largest outdoor heated pools in Aspen and a hot tub, both open year round. The Roaring Fork River (gold medal fly fishing waters) fronts this complex and can be accessed just a few steps from this unit.

This LARGE Deluxe level 2 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit provides dramatic views of Ajax mountain from the family room and wrap-around patio (with BBQ). The Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is a separate full size Washer and Dryer. The Living room has great light and has a wood burning fireplace (rare!), flat screen TV with Cable, WiFi, and iPad stereo. There is a dining table and bar stools for 4. The bedrooms are VERY spacious for this complex and have a King bed in each room, Flat Screen TVs, and luxurious 500 thread count linens.

Great Stay
Had an amazing week at Chateau Roaring Fork. The location was perfect for a stay without a vehicle as everything is walkable including the City Market. Will definitely consider coming back!

Great place!
Clean, nice neighborhood location, well appointed with plenty of dishes and variety of cookware. Easy walking access to grocery stores, shopping, skiing, restaurants, just remember to dress for the cold or wintery sidewalks.

Ski Trip
Great place with easy access (walking) to restaurants, shops and ski lifts. The condo was actually larger than portrayed in the pictures. Brian was also very responsive and assisted with our ski plans. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location and beautiful area. The condo was great and enjoyed the king size beds. The kitchen was missing a few things and no extra toilet paper but would definitely stay there again. Manager was helpful and always quick to reply.

Just what we were looking for
This condo was perfect for us. The location - just 4 blocks from the gondola meant everyone could come and go as needed. Property was clean, Brian was attentive, although we didn’t need much from him as it was all already set up. Hope we can come back soon!

Really great place.
I hesitate to review so well as I would like it to be available for my next visit. Hot tub and pool were a big plus. We walked or took free town shuttle each day which is right outside the complex which mad it so easy to not have a car. Nice to have cleaning service every other day and the fireplace can really roar. Hope to rent again on our next visit.

Summary of Rental!
The property was extremely well located. Accommodated us well with two bedrooms and two baths. Loved having the barbecue grill. Parking was very important and we did not ever have a problem finding a space. Incredibly, conveniently located. Easy to get to city market, and walking around town. Loved my breakfast every morning as Jour De Fete.

Amazing stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! Everything was as described, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. When we requested a late check out and early check in, he made sure to accommodate our schedule and make our travels easier! The location is so close to town and to Aspen mountain. Abigail the housekeeper also cleaned up daily and provided fresh towels which was a nice touch. We definitely would come back again! Highly recommmend!

Apsen Condo walking distance to Apsen Gondola
The place was very clean. They provided service everyday to lightly freshen the place but she did more! She cleaned provided fresh towels everyday as well as tidied every bedroom. We had two issues during our stay that Brian resolved immediately. There was no disruption to our stay and he was very fast to respond. The place is stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils and has a washer and dryer which was great. The place is walking distance to APEX gondolua, Ruby Transit Center and the City Market. Definitely would stay here again.

Good property not great
Our recent stay was mixed. Property is well located and clean. It is on the first floor so most views are of the parking lot. The ceiling is thin and we could hear every step of the people above us - we spoke with them and they were in slippers even though it sounded like ski boots. There was not enough hot water- if two people took a shower or bath there would not be hot water for hours- the property needs a larger hot water tank. Overall good experience but one of the most expensive stays for a property of this level we have had

Wonderful location
Overall the location of this condo in Aspen cannot be beat. Wonderfully furnished and decorated. Nice linens and fully stocked for what we needed to cook. The washer and dryer were excellent. The condo is in an older complex that has been renovated. So, do expect the lower shower heads, noisy vents in bathrooms, no ceiling fans, smaller vanities etc. The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and was very clean and inviting. We visited in the early summer right after covid restrictions were lifted so the town was very quiet and relaxing. Our kids loved the full size pool just steps away! We were able to bike and walk to everything we wanted to do and explore in and around Aspen. Loved hearing the roaring river right nearby. Overall this was a great place to rest and refuel during our week of adventure in Aspen!

Perfect Spring ski week!
This isn't the first time we've stayed in the complex in one of Brians units. Location is fantastic, close to everything, and the shuttle literally stops outside our door! As usual, the unit was perfectly clean & set up upon arrival, with all check in done conveniently in advance. The unit was represented perfectly in the pictures online. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable, & the fireplace (free unlimited firewood) & views to the slopes were a nice touch during all the snow we received during our stay! Of course, the big jacuzzi & heated pool were a hit with everyone every afternoon. The bathrooms are being updated this season which will be a nice cosmetic improvement, since everything functioned well. Daily housekeeping by Abigail (rockstar) and her team are an added bonus that we grew to really appreciate after a hard day on mountain! We would definitely not disappointed in renting this unit again in the future. Good job Brian & team!! Note* this unit involved no stairs which is good for easy access.
