This upgraded bright and spacious top floor unit has all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and vaulted natural timber ceilings continuing into the living room. A 'wall of windows' from the kitchen to the living room face the deck with private BBQ, dining table and commanding views of Aspen Mountain ski area. Thoughtfully equipped and tastefully furnished throughout, it’s perfect for a party of 6 dining in or for an outdoor BBQ & glass of wine while enjoying the fresh Aspen mountain air. The fully stocked kitchen and dining table share an open concept with the living room featuring a flat screen TV, wrap-around sectional and wood-burning fireplace, making it a great space for gathering for meals and relaxing.

The master bedroom has a flat screen TV and a kn ensuite master bath with a large tiled shower. There is an additional mirrored vanity and sink just outside the master bath. The two additional bedrooms each feature extra long twin beds that can be paired together and arranged as kings upon request. The second bathroom has a full size combination tub with shower.
This condo is fully equipped with every comfort.

The complex itself is family friendly and offers great amenities; one of the largest heated year-round swimming pools in Aspen, 2 hot tubs, a workout facility and saunas, an onsite meeting room with kitchen, off street parking and bicycle racks. A free shuttle bus stops right across the street from the complex that will bring you directly to the grocery store and center of town should you prefer not to walk. A car is not needed at this location unless you plan to do sightseeing outside of town.

NOTE: This condo is on the same floor and shares an outside deck with our friend’s condo: VRBO # 210884. The two units work great together for larger groups and family get-togethers.

We always prefer to be along the Roaring Fork. The other building in the complex has that (we've stayed there too) but this unit looks toward the mountain. Unit had all we needed. Brian is an excellent host.

Easily walk to downtown, very clean and had a great well stocked kitchen (even a cuisinart). The pools and hot tub were great after a long day of hiking and the cleaning service did a great job. Also nice to sit outside and look a the mountain when eating out on the deck.

Cozy and excellent location!
The unit w as exactly as described and just what we needed. Perfect location just two blocks from the grocery store and four from the silver queen gondola we couldn't have been happier with our stay. Plenty of room for six and fully featured kitchen. Heated pool, hot tubs, and sauna were great to come home to after a day in the slopes. We would absolutely stay here again and you will too!

We enjoyed being close to everything for our niece's wedding weekend. The condo was clean and the extra plus of having fresh towels while we were there was great! The king bed mattress needs replacing, as it sags is the middle- even after we rotated it. Otherwise, we would stay there again! Brian was wonderful to work with!

We enjoyed our stay here. Brian was great and very responsive. Large, attractive and comfortable living area and kitchen. Easy walk to town and market and the free bus is very convenient. Appreciated the 3x/wk housekeeping. Downside: It's a 3rd floor walkup and 5 blocks from gondola, not 3. Outside of living area, it's very tight and there is almost no free closet space outside of the bedrooms.

A great condo for skiing! Close proximity to Ajax & shuttle to other mountains lets everyone ski on their own schedule. Downtown apres ski is only a short walk away. My family has stayed here twice & loved it both times. The view from the balcony of the Winterskol torchlight parade and fireworks at Ajax this last time was spectacular!! The property is clean & has been nicely updated as the photos show. And the property manager is very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends & relatives. My family will undoubtedly stay here again!

Home away from home!
We’ve stayed in Aspen several times. This was our first time here and we loved it! By far the best place we’ve rented for spring skiing. Close walk to everything, spacious and well stocked condo, parking right outside the unit, two separate entrances make it awesome when returning from skiing and avoiding the cluster of shoes at the entrance. Balcony for grilling (it was too cold this time so we didn’t ) Brian was easy to communicate with & the housekeeper is fabulous. Need more? Check it out yourself!

Nice condo!Perfect location!
We stayed in unit #39 at the Roaring Fork Chateau. It was great. The condo was comfortable for our family of 5 adults, and the location was really convenient for the things we wanted to do. We were able to walk to the grocery, restaurants, bike rentals, the gondola, etc. The condo itself was very well furnished...plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We grilled dinner on the grill two nights during our stay. There was a coffee maker, washer and dryer, TVs in each room. The only negative is that we were only provided a tiny bar of bath soap, and it was not replenished during our stay. If we had known about this ahead of time, we obviously would have brought a bar of soap from home! The housekeeping service that was provided was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay in Aspen
The place was very comfortable, well appointed and spacious enough for a group of adults. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen seemed well stocked and the living and dining areas had plenty of room for our group. Nice toiletries which was a nice touch that I appreciated. We especially appreciated the location, conveniently located a short walk (5 min or so) from the gondola and about 10 minutes from the bus station and most of the restaurants, shops etc. We did run in to a few issues that shouldn't have been the case but Brian was very responsive and communicative and ultimately resolved the issues. The pool/tub area was great to have after a day of skiing and never got too crowded to enjoy, as there are 2 hot tubs and fairly large. I would note that the unit is up 2 flights of stairs with no elevator so it may not be ideal for some but it was no problem for us. Check in/out was super easy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Perfect location
The location of this condo was perfect for a family ski vacation. This is a third floor, 3-bedroom located at the west end of Aspen. It's within walking distance to the Aspen Mountain gondola and a short drive to Buttermilk or Snowmass. All restaurants are within walking distance and it's a quick, short walk to the City Market for groceries. There is a deck that looks out over the base of Aspen mountain. The facilities have a heated pool, and hot tub along with a small but adequate workout facility. The condo is well appointed with plenty of extras like a crock pot, juicer and blender, if needed. The master bedroom had dual sinks and a very comfortable bed! The condo and complex were very quiet during our stay. The two additional bedrooms are a bit small but were fine for our needs. We used the fireplace, grill and cooked during our stay and the condo has a wide variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils. The only drawback is the electric cook top-gas would have been much better. I would highly recommend this condo and its location.
