"My family stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 nights. It’s a very unique and historic property with beautiful decorations. It was very quiet - we loved stepping into the quiet courtyard and it was a peaceful oasis. The location is incredible - in the heart of Les Marais which is our favorite neighborhood in Paris. There were dozens of cafes and bakeries within a few blocks. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre and the D’Orsay through picturesque streets and beautiful parks."

"Marcello’s place is perfectly located, walkable to many of the amazing places Paris has to offer. Marcello is readily available as needs arise and even arranged our transport to the airport upon departure. Additionally, groceries, cafes, and pharmacies very near by. It is a large unit with room for 6 comfortably, with the master bedroom boasting a king size bed. A rooftop garden, fully equipped kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms, makes it a lovely location for families. I highly recommend this VRBO...

The room was cozy, but the efficient layout of the space and quality of everything made the stay feel like I still had the room I needed to unwind from exploring from each day. "Good apartment, very clean and functional in a mediocre neighbourhood. Air conditioning was poor in the bedroom, there was zero decor and only basic furniture. Communication with the agent was good, the offsite key-drop felt unusual to us."

"I would highly recommend staying here. It is right off the Rue Cler market, and surrounded by great restaurants and easy access to transit. Vénie is a great host, you can’t go wrong!"

"Very nice property in a very fun part of town. Many cafes and restaurants nearby and super easy access to the metro. The owner was very nice and helped with our stay. The 10th is an interesting, provincial part of Paris. Cute place and reasonably priced- The only caveat is for taller people w lowish ceiling on the stairs. "

No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"
