"This large property is a wonderful place for a chill vacation and has a variety of amenities. We enjoyed the pool, beach, gym, observation tower and games. There are a variety of Western and Filipino foods at the restaurant and everything we had was tasty. The buffet breakfast is only offered when the hotel has enough occupancy. Otherwise, there is a plated breakfast but the buffet is better. The staff are friendly and helpful when any issues arise. They can book a Gigantes island tour and send a driver to bring you to an area on the property. The king room was very large and has a comfortable bed and TV with Netflix / YouTube."

"Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try to make this place a little better- particularly the bathrooms - renovate and install better flush toilets and separate showers."

"The place is exclusive and has its own port. The hotel has a ready van to transport you from the port to the hotel. The food is excellent. The entire staff are respectful and friendly. "
