"The whole place was very beautiful. It looks like a showcase room/ house for a magazine. The room was modern and chic. The surrounding area was spacious and the pool was gorgeous. "Amazing property with amazing staff. My family of 5 had a private ground floor villa with its own pool. It was very large, super clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed, including complimentary water, raki, pasteli and juice. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Staff were very friendly and offered their advice and services throughout. Highly recommend and would come back again. "A great apartment and the people managing this place were amazing. A big thanks to Pol who gave us must see locations in the east side of the island and restaurant suggestions in the area and other areas. We used a hire car to see other others of the island. There is a parking plot behind the apartment for those keen explorers using a hire car. "

We had great expectations for Candia based on its appointment as a 4-star resort (and high cost) and the photos on Expedia. We were very disappointed and felt totally overcharged spending so much on a basic room with no amenities. The location is lovely and the grounds are nicely laid but the studio itself was outdated, extremely bare bones, and dark and musty with a patio...

The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations.
