"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. "The cottage was clean and charming. It was in an excellent location overlooking country farms and the Oceanside inlet town of Kilkee and near dramatically beautiful cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. "We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the Castle and folk park as well as shops and restaurants. Carol was very helpful with providing tips for dinning, site seeing and shopping. With four adults, it was nice to have the three bedrooms and two and a half baths. We would definitely stay here again."
