"I almost feel bad giving this property only five stars as my family and I strongly feel that this property deserves at least seven stars. Never had such a smooth check-in process. The location of the property is unbelievable. It is located very close to Lake Tekapo. When we woke up in the morning, we couldn't believe the view in front of us. The place had been maintained very well. The facilities were amazing. There was a minor confusion about a fee being charged but the owners understood the miscommunication involved and handled it in a very classy way. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in the proximity of Lake Tekapo and enjoy the beauty of the location."

"The kitchen was perfectly equipped and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable and the linens and pillows were excellent quality. The washrooms were bright and clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly."

"Checked in late so you have to inform them and process was easy. Older property but rooms were clean. They had heated blanket in queen bed which was nice when cold. "
