Secluded 6 acre home next to the Henry's Fork River.
This newly remodeled home is centrally located for adventure and fun. With easy access to both National Parks this location is a prime starting point for all your adventurous days. A fifteen minute drive gets you to one of the many boat launches on the river or some of the best ATV/UTV/Snowmobile trails in the country. The home is very private, located down a one mile long driveway with only a few neighbors in a miles reach. Enjoy quiet days and dark starry nights. Every room in the house offers great views of the surrounding area including the Tetons. There is so much more than the two National Parks. Be sure to visit Mesa Falls which is just 15 minutes up stream and Harriman State Park, another hardly known jewel of Idaho.

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The views were amazing. The house was just as presented in the listing. The hosts were easily contacted and gave helpful info. This was a once in a lifetime trip, and we’re glad we stayed here. You will NOT be disappointed!!!
This home was GREAT! It was in the perfect location for us to travel to both Yellowstone and the Tetons! Our family enjoyed this stay, the owners were having a garage built and the contractor and employees were wonderful also, on giving us ideas on things to do in the area!
The house is beautiful and very well appointed. Perfect location for seeing Harriman State Park and Yellowstone. Mike, the owner is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
This is a great place to stay. Everything was as described. Owners were easy to communicate with. They even had made fans on the kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper!
Beautiful views!
We stayed for a full week and everything was perfect. The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Sunrise and sunsets are beautiful from the many windows. I would recommend highly!
What a lovely property to stay at! It was nicely located midway between grand Tetons and Yellowstone national parks. It was peaceful, relaxing and some of the loveliest night skies I’ve seen in years. Great place to unwind after a day of exploring. The recommendations in the guest book were fantastic, mesa falls was a great experience.
We had a great trip! The photos are an accurate representation of the property. It was a perfect location for visiting Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons. The house was very clean. The property owner/manager was very responsive leading up to the vacation and during our stay.
This home was perfect for our family vacation! It was exactly as described. Plenty of room for our family of five. We enjoyed our stay. We spent several days in the national parks both Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Trails Inn restaurant is a great local place for breakfast! I’d recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
We were visiting Yellowstone National Park and wanted to stay somewhere quiet, and this was the perfect spot. The house was very comfortable for our family of 6, had sweeping 360 degree views of farms for miles and the icy Mountains in the distance. We would definitely come back for the quiet, the views and the comfort.
This property is beautiful, peaceful and in a great location. It is very well stocked with amenities and is so clean. The views are amazing! Honestly, this house is so nice it made it difficult to leave..wish we lived there. We were able to visit Yellowstone, Tetons and Montana State University in Bozeman from here. I would highly recommend this property and hope to return!
Extremely peaceful! I have never experienced such beauty and peace as I did here. Everything is exactly as listed and immaculate! Definitely coming back!
These owners are second to none. They went out of their way to make sure our visit was as great as possible. They genuinely want to share their beautiful home and property with others. There isn’t a single thing I would change at the farmhouse. If you’ve never been to this area, it’s a bucket list location.
We loved staying at this house for multiple reasons. For one, the owner is absolutely awesome and really is concerned about your stay and it being perfect. Second, this is not too far from Teton NP and Jackson which is cool for a day trip. Thirdly, this house is surrounded by wheat fields and they go as far as the eye can see (so beautiful). Lastly, the views from upstairs are beautiful and a nice touch to a homemade dinner spent outside on the balcony.
After a week of camping through Yellowstone and the Beartooths, our family had a 3 day stay at this property. It was a great fit for our family of 5 as everyone had their own space. We enjoyed checking out the birds around the property (sandhill cranes, swallows, osprey, kingbirds). It was a great location to checking out Mesa Falls, Harriman State Park and even a side trip to Yellowstone. We did a lovely horse trail ride on horses in Harriman and made it into the woods to pick huckleberries too. We'd definitely pick this place again. Kitchen was well stocked with everything from olive oil, spices, flour, a few spices which helped too.

Great Location to do both Grand Teton and Yellowstone!!!
This place is almost perfectly in the middle between Grand Teton and Yellowstone park. The location in town can seem a bit odd as you pullup but if you follow the directions (and get by Bodi the friendly neighbors lab guard dog) you will find a quiet house with stunning views of the Teton mountains. The house is very clean and kept up well. The best part is that if you do have questions about anything in the area or with the house Mike the owner responds fast and gives great recommendations. Over all we had a great time and would deffentaly rent here again!
The Red House was delightful. The directions to get there could be a bit more specific but once you're there, you'll not regret the travel. The beauty and solitude abound. Everything you need is in the house...including the genius (did a woman design this?) of placing the heating vents at both the kitchen and bathroom sinks! Nothing like toasty toes first thing in the morning!
We absolutely loved this home. The house itself was so comfortable for our family of four (the kids loved having the downstairs to themselves), and it was SO clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the view from the porch was amazing. We really loved the property too, from a yard to play in, trees to read under, and areas to explore just outside the yard.
We had just come from the national parks, so we stayed local, but it's still convenient to Yellowstone if you wanted. We did a couple great hikes within 20 minutes, and had some amazing fresh fries in town. The house was far enough away from everything where we felt like we were in the country, but town was so convenient.
Communication was easy with the hosts, and we would absolutely stay here again!
This location was just what my family needed. Gorgeous property, unique house, clean air, lovely views, starry skies, and best of all, peace and quiet. My suburban kiddos were skeptical at first but Ashton and the farmhouse won them over quickly. They loved Mesa Falls and the Ashton-Tetonia trail, but their favorite was the ice cream parlor on Main recommended by the hosts. My favorite was stargazing right on the back deck while my younger kids slept. We saw the Milky Way and found the rings of Saturn through our telescope. Thank you for some amazing memories!
This farmhouse is a gem, talk about the perfect place to be in awe of God's creation! From the view of the Tetons out the kitchen window, the surrounding green fields and fields of barley, the beautiful sunsets, the spectacular thunderstorms to the multiple rainbow viewings. Just utterly beautiful!
I appreciate that the owner is in charge of communication and not a property management company. He was great to deal with. Super nice and helpful with recommendations. You can tell he and his wife take pride in their place and genuinely want people to have a great experience.
We look forward to booking again in the future!
Great House, I'd rate it 4.5 stars, but the app won't let me
We really enjoyed this house in a very private and quiet setting. The house is really nice and well stocked. Deer, grouse, osprey, and quail were frequent visitors. Lots of star gazing to do at night. And you are an hour or so from Yellowstone's west entrance and the south entrance to Grand Teton.
Only issues with the property was the last road before the driveway (Spring) is rutted and high centered in spots, our average sedan drug bottom a few times. And the bathroom location situation may not be ideal for all. The 2 bathrooms are inside 2 of the 3 bedrooms which may lead to awkward situations for people in the 3rd bedroom, especially at night. Other than these 2 things , the place is perfect.
We have so many wonderful things to say about this rental!
1. Communication from the owner from the moment booked was timely, informative, helpful, and authentic. This was super helpful since we had never been to the area!
2. The home is one of the cleanest homes we have ever rented and the attention to detail is spot on. The area is incredibly private and has gorgeous landscapes. The home is relaxing and we loved the outdoor rocking chairs and picnic table.
3. The town is adorable with great places to eat and a grocery store. We loved the huckleberry milkshakes and all restaurant recommend from the owner .
4. There is plenty to do and explore nearby. We did Yellowstone and Grand Teton and this home was the perfect spot to land at the end of long days!!
We would highly recommend!!!
