You’ll find a lovely landscaped entrance with ample spots for lounging, picnicking, and enjoying the Lake view and breezes. Once you enter the cottage, you’ll step into a 4-season sunroom with huge windows showcasing gorgeous Lake Erie. Sit with a glass of wine or sipping lemonade and unwind.
As you enter the main house, take note of the lovely wall and ceiling detailing, crown moldings and marble top bar. Sit back and enjoy your favorite movie on the massive smart tv in the comfy couch or chairs. Moving on to the kitchen, you’ll find well stocked cabinets for meal preparation and enjoyment as well as a full sized refrigerator. Clean up is easy with the built in dishwasher and convenient washer and dryer.
Lake Erie Access: Embrace the endless blue! Being situated along the shores of Lake Erie, guests have easy access to aquatic adventures and the serenity of lakeside living. Boating, fishing, and enjoying lakeside activities are popular pastimes in the area. (Please bring the keys at all times with you)
The primary bedroom boasts a full wall of windows with lake view, queen bed and en-suite with tub and shower as well as a desk for jotting down your adventures. Relax in bed with the large smart tv away from the main spaces. The second bedroom is comfortably situated with another large smart tv for privacy and enjoyment. Guests can share the 2nd bathroom off the kitchen which includes a shower.
Finally, step out the back door to a lovely deck and spacious green space ample
for yard games and gathering. Enjoy the cornhole boards in the shed or if it’s windy find a kite in the cupboard underneath the bar in the living room and enjoy your time away. Welcome to Lakeview!

✹ This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short term rentals and earned favorable reviews.
✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
✹ If you have any allergies or sensitivities, please let us know ahead of time. It will help us better prepare for your reservation.
✹ There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected. For longer stays, Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
✹ Please gather excess trash and place it in large receptacles at the back of the house.

✹ To ensure a seamless check-in and a clear understanding of the rental terms, guests are required to complete the following upon booking confirmation:

✹ LEFT ITEMS: $25 will be charged on items that was left in the property on top of the shipping fee
✹ Early Check-in:
If there is no reservation from the previous day, we can consider an early check in.
Alternatively, you can book the previous day to guarantee the early check in.
✹ Late Check-out:
Late check out request are seldomly approved due to the cleaning team is scheduled on your check out schedule at 11am.
✹ EXTENSION REQUEST: When you feel like time runs out too fast and wish to have more time in our home, we’ve got you covered. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee.
✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. For your convenience, we offer mid-reservation supplies replenishing at minimal cost.

Parking for this adorable cottage on Lake Erie is unique so be sure to read the directions closely. You’ll have a brief walk along the lakefront passing one other house to come to the front of your cottage on the Lake.
